This is a family owned business and sometimes that means waiting a bit to get through to someone or get a response. I had an appointment that wasn't honored due to a car breaking down. This was frustrating in the moment but everyone has such a great sense of customer service and Sunny is so amazing that my frustration over that hiccup disappeared once I received the service the very next day. Sunny is professional friendly informative and kind. He took a great deal of time and patience with me to explain and inform me about my property and its needs. Even though they have helped me in the past and have always been very kind and responsive, I hired them to spray for flies and ants, which they came and did in a timely fashion. They told us that we should be fly and ant free for a few months- they guaranteed their work and to call them if there were any issues. Less than 2 weeks later we had just as many flies and ants as we did before the service. Tried calling and messaging numerous them to come back and re-spray and they simply did not respond. I wish I would've found Sunny five years ago when I first bought my home - which is practically on the border with the national park - which 'naturally' comes with all of the pesky bugs and rodents - that somehow manage to get by the militia of birds and snakes in the area. Sunny knows his stuff. In addition to the pet-friendly indoor and outdoor spray, he took me on a tour of the interior and exterior of the residence and property, pointing out barely visible tracks, ingress and egress points, methods to humanely trap the larger critters and various methods I could employ until his next visit.
