We received several bids and because we were impressed with the great customer service, follow through, and competitive pricing we had C&G complete all three. At the end of each installation they walked the project with me to make sure we were completely satisfied! They installed gutters on our house and shed, and also installed a garage door on our shed. in February 2024, we hired this company to put new gutters and leaf guards on our home a cost of over $2500. In April 2024, we experienced heavy rains that caused the leaf guards to fail and the gutters to fail, resulting in flooding at the front of our house. We repeatedly called this company to come back out to evaluate the situation to determine what changes needed to be made and repair the failed gutters so that they would be effective in the future. This was over a year ago and they never did call us back. Warranties are useless if the company won't honor them. Would never hire them again. read more

They are polite and work fast. Matched the trim on the house perfectly! Friendly and family owned and operated. Give them a call. C&G installed our sealed propane fireplace when our house was built. It needed a repair, and it took many phone calls just to get a return call. A technician finally came out and was supposed to order a part, but he never came back or called. I've tried calling again many times, no return call. Do not do business with them. read more

I have called this company several times to check a chimney after a hail storm. They sent out someone to repair the garage door that had no problem. I have called again and they said someone would be out to repair the chimney. Called again 3 weeks later and someone would be out the next day, no show, no call. Called again and was on hold for 20 minutes. Was given Mgr ph number and left a message, no call back. I wouldn't use this place to clean a litter box. read more

We tried to get someone from C&G out to look at our garage door (that was originally installed by C&G) that has some failing hinges to get an estimate for repair. We were told that a tech would be out on Friday (this was a Tuesday). Friday came and went and no one called or came to our home. Called again on Friday afternoon and was told that "we weren't on the list" and that we would be put on the list for a tech visit on Monday. Monday came and went and no tech showed up and we didn't get a call. Don't do business with C&G, not that you'll get a chance to anyway since they don't show up when they say they will. read more

This company was subcontracted by a home builder to install a garage door for my newly built home which was completed back in April. My order was placed, through the builder back in June of 2021 for garage doors with glass insert designs on the upper panels. I closed on my home in April of 2022 and was told that the inserts were on back order and should be here within six weeks after closing. Six weeks went and I got no call about the glass so I decided to follow up with C & G Products, they told me it will be here in the next two weeks, but it never showed up and I never got a call from C & G. I again contacted C & G and to my surprise, it seems as if they did not know who I was or what I was talking about. After a lengthy conversation, I was asked for my name and phone number and that someone would get back to me. They never did. After several back and forths with the builders and C&G, C&G promised to install the inserts on the 26th of August, between 9 am and 5 pm, yes an entire day's wait, they never showed, never called. I called C & G and again went through the same process as before, did not know who I was or what I was talking about. I called the builder and they contacted C&G and in turn, had me call C&G again. I set an appointment for the installation of the glass for 16th September 2022, AND YES AGAIN BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 8 AND 5. They never showed up, never called. I would never knowingly do business with this company nor would I advise anyone to do business with them. read more

Absolutely the worse and most shoddy work I have ever seen done on a part of a house that could potentially injure or kill a person. They attached the garage door and all the connecting components to a block of wood with 2-3 INCH NAILS! WTF? Of course it could not withstand the torque and tension of the garage door going up and down over the years. I'm surprise it held together for 3 years. I was lucky that when it finally came apart, the block got wedged against the top of the door. Now that it has damaged the wall and the garage door, they are claiming that they only warranty their work for 1 year. I see why. If you use the quickest way you can find to attach the garage to a house I would only warranty it for 1 day and start praying right after I hung it. RIP OFF! If you are having a house built make sure the builders do NOT use this company! read more

I called them this morning at 8am and asked if they could come out and repair my garage door. I have always used them in the past. The lady that I spoke to told me they could probably get me in today but she would have to check and she would call me back. I waited until 11:30am and then I called her back. I talked to another lady and she told me the person I spoke with earlier was with a customer and she would have her call me right back. She never called back and I had to find someone else to schedule an appointment with. I could only get an after hours appt and it would cost me an additional $30 but I scheduled it anyway. At 4:00pm the guys from C&G showed up. I let them in and told them to go ahead and fix the door. I was not happy about not getting a phone call to let me know they would be there; however, I was very happy with Billy and Chris. They were great and fixed my garage door opener. They get 5 stars but the office person gets only 1 star. I will use them again only because of the men and I did let them know that I was not happy with her. read more
