She then drove me to a nearby hotel and the next morning made additional calls to see if she could find the pump! Was told he got a new ac compressor and lines put in so the ac would work and guess what that quit working. We told them the back tires were wearing out on the outside edge and that it needed an alignment and new tires. so he did put new tires on the back and said he did an alignment and wouldn't you know it happened again a few months later so that means he didn't do an alignment at all and charged him for it. And the reason he took it to him was bc it's AWD and it being so bad out of alignment when it goes over snow only the car feels like it's a damn boat on the water so it was very dangerous. And again remember this is a 16 year old kid that was supposed to be very close to them. I've seen the shady work they do on cars.
