Had all the right gear and the right anchors to support my 75" TV, which wasn't made to be the lightest. Put down drop cloth and cleaned along the way. Had a helper to split the work and get the job done fast. I did t have to lift a finger. Provided some good advice on placement and AV design. Although my needs were basic, they seem knowledgeable in setting up full blown home theatre systems. They were responsive even though they were busy going from one job to the next. I guess when you're decent at your job a lot of folks hire you. I would use them again in the future.

We used this vendor because their alarm system was pre-installed in our new construction. The…read moretechnician who came to set it up was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and hard working. He walked me through the entire security system and tested with me to make sure I was comfortable before leaving. He went through all the paperwork with me and took care of everything. A year later, we decided not to continue with the company because we were switching to a new no cost system and this didn't make sense anymore for us. I submitted a cancellation form through their website and 3 days later, they closed down my account with no issues. I didn't have anyone call me to haggle with me or make a big deal about not letting you leave. It was frustration-free. This is incredibly important to me because if they had fought me every step of the way on leaving, I would not feel like a valued customer and definitely would have never came back or referred them to friends. Because they understood where I was coming from and made it quick and easy, I would definitely return to them in the future if I needed their services or refer them to friends and family who needed similar services.
