Water heater is 4 years old and is under warranty for 6 years. Paid 325 for Steve to replace the control valve, and the replacement was also faulty and leaking gas. Steve stated I should call PECO again (I could smell gas myself from the exact same spot as the first control valve). No reasonable solution was offered other than replacing the whole tank at my expense. Also recommended furnace company who charged my credit card before even setting foot in my house and doing any work and without an invoice. Essentially were being pre-paid for work they had not done yet. Would not recommend.

Typically their work is quite good but they showed up to replace loose hot & cold water knobs in my…read morebathroom and broke the chain to the tub/shower drain when they removed the faceplate during the job. That's all well and good, it probably happens all the time, but they left the job without telling us it happened! So for over a week my tub would not hold water as there was no drain stoppage happening. Had to call them again. They came back, admitted it was their fault but still made us pay to replace it a couple days later. To this day it still won't stop draining. Even after they supposedly fixed it and made us pay. I have to use a rubber stopper disc. Didn't want to call them again and pay even more money. So I guess I just have a broken bathtub drain until I call a different company. The drain worked 100% fine before they did their original work. Had things been handled differently I would feel that the issue was resolved fairly. However, I believe that they should've paid the small replacement fee themselves considering it was their fault and they inconvenienced me by not reporting the broken drain during the original job. I also feel they could've done a better job of fixing it because it's still not the way it was before they originally broke it. I cannot recommend them based on these issues.
