I started using their service way back when they were still at Schaumburg followed them at Arlington Hts and at this current one in Streamwood. I informed Mr Marco from the get go that i don't know anything about cars. All these years, i found them reliable, spoke highly of them that friends sought their service too... ONLY TO FIND that I got cheated. About 2 years ago, I encountered problems with my driver's side remote door lock and CD / radio. Marco charged me for those parts BUT did not replace them. He tried to fix both all to no avail. The last issue that i got to know is that he put the wrong size of battery in my car....a bigger one that affected its mount. Please make sure you request for the old part if he advises you that it need to be changed.

The driver loaded my trailer with its cargo on the Flatbed, took it to their location, spent over an hour in the rain switching the load to a U-Haul trailer and securing it. It was snowing both times we had to tow and he drove safely and very professionally-- even got my car with bent wheels into a small garage. As I was going around the corner my effin ball joint & drive axel broke in the middle of a turn leaving me stranded @ the corner. I called the Schaumburg Police & they sent a squad car out to sit behind me so someone wouldn't hit me from behind coming around the corner while I waited for a tow. I called Redmon's Village Towing to get my car. Since the axle was broken & the left front wheel was turned in the car had to be gently eased up onto the flatbed tow truck. Now the dilemma of where to leave the car. Initially I thought of bringing the car back to Redmons tow yard, but I would have to pay an additional $45 dollars/day for storage. In addition I would have had to have someone pick up the car thus incurring another towing fee by bringing it back to my mechanic in the city. I decided to have it brought back to to the garage in Chicago & dropped off on the side of the building even though they aren't open on Sunday. Chris the tow truck driver did a good job of getting my car up on the flatbed and off again considering the mangled front tire. The tow cost me $240 dollars
