For New Year's I was putting air in my tire at a fuel station and it was so very cold out that while doing it the air valve on the tire broke. He did not leave me hanging he came out as soon as possible before I called him I did contact through my insurance to have them send a tow truck this never happened I waited three hours I noticed on my phone that multiple tow trucks canceled out from coming finally the fourth tow truck came while STEVIE arrived I sent the tow truck away and Stevie was there less than an hour after the phone call that's amazing. And of course another holiday Christmas Eve while I am DoorDash in my vehicle broke down at a restaurant battery was dead from severe cold winds luckily I had a chance to cancel the customers order send a different driver but once I called STEVIE I don't even know how long it was but I almost think I only waited a half hour. I'm so completely satisfied with how great his tow trucks are that it protects your vehicle. His attitude and personality are great you feel like you're talking to a brother. He worries about you he'll tell you to stand inside while he's in the frigid cold temps. I will always continue to use the service I will always tell my friends about him definitely the person you want towing your vehicle back to safety or coming out to get your vehicle started or changing a tire many many other things. Ed answered the call and sent one of his best truckers-- someone patient and composed even in the most agitating and inefficient impound lot situations (that being Sacramento Blvd, Lot #6, on a Saturday afternoon). At that impound, bureaucratic hurdles and a long wait at every step prevented Ed's tow operator from taking his next tow jobs, but they remained professional and understanding of these circumstances beyond our control. Ed was communicative throughout and accommodating of unique situational needs such as obtaining on-board dash camera footage. They took great care with my car, loading and unloading it, and great care of bikers/pedestrians/buses/etc. driving through downtown (I had to ride in the tow truck since the City's improper and illegal tow of my vehicle had damaged it). I highly recommend and trust this service - in an industry where trust and reliability are so rare.

Her dad and I are 1300 miles away so we told her to use the AAA app to ask for a jump, and then to stay on the phone with us until she was back on the road. The tow truck driver showed up within 15 minutes. He addressed her as "Miss WaymoresBlues" because our AAA info is in my name. She never told him her first name. He charged the battery, she thanked him and she left. She didn't even sign any paperwork. It took less than 5 minutes. We heard the entire conversation. This morning, she woke up to a friend request on FB, a follow on IG and messages on both platforms. He said he liked her vibe and he was hoping they could meet up for coffee. A quick search of his FB profile told my daughter that this guy is in his mid-30's. My daughter is still technically a teenager and looks it. She ignored both messages and blocked him. I'm furious because the only information he has was mine. Which means he used info from a professional transaction to find me on social media, then used my social media to track down my daughter. To top it all off, she saw him in his tow truck in the same parking lot on her way to her afternoon class. She uses a different parking area on Wednesdays, but is certain she has never noticed a tow truck in that parking lot before. I reported him to AAA. I had my daughter contact campus security and ask for an escort to and from her classes for the next week. She's also going to be using her sister's car until she feels more comfortable. I'm furious. This man found my daughter in a vulnerable situation. Night time, alone and young in an empty parking lot. He's obviously older than her and there's no fucking way he doesn't know that. And now this morning, he just happens to be in the same parking lot on the same campus? I grew up in a conservative, rural area in the 80's and 90's, and women were conditioned to think this kind of bullshit was romantic. It's not. It's predatory at best. Raise your children to know this is unacceptable.

I called Day and Night, answered right away, very polite, said would be there in 30 minutes. Said would be $85....I did cancel the roadside service, but not because of anything bad Day and Night did, I had a portable air compressor that filled up tire and tire held air so I was able to get it to repair shop. If I ever need roadside in this area, I am calling Day and Night
