I've use this service a few times for the time my engine blew I needed a tow truck to the dealership he was there. For New Year's I was putting air in my tire at a fuel station and it was so very cold out that while doing it the air valve on the tire broke. He did not leave me hanging he came out as soon as possible before I called him I did contact through my insurance to have them send a tow truck this never happened I waited three hours I noticed on my phone that multiple tow trucks canceled out from coming finally the fourth tow truck came while STEVIE arrived I sent the tow truck away and Stevie was there less than an hour after the phone call that's amazing. And of course another holiday Christmas Eve while I am DoorDash in my vehicle broke down at a restaurant battery was dead from severe cold winds luckily I had a chance to cancel the customers order send a different driver but once I called STEVIE I don't even know how long it was but I almost think I only waited a half hour. I'm so completely satisfied with how great his tow trucks are that it protects your vehicle. His attitude and personality are great you feel like you're talking to a brother. He worries about you he'll tell you to stand inside while he's in the frigid cold temps. Ed answered the call and sent one of his best truckers-- someone patient and composed even in the most agitating and inefficient impound lot situations (that being Sacramento Blvd, Lot #6, on a Saturday afternoon). At that impound, bureaucratic hurdles and a long wait at every step prevented Ed's tow operator from taking his next tow jobs, but they remained professional and understanding of these circumstances beyond our control. Ed was communicative throughout and accommodating of unique situational needs such as obtaining on-board dash camera footage. They took great care with my car, loading and unloading it, and great care of bikers/pedestrians/buses/etc. driving through downtown (I had to ride in the tow truck since the City's improper and illegal tow of my vehicle had damaged it). I highly recommend and trust this service - in an industry where trust and reliability are so rare.
