I have personally worked with Gustavo on a multitude of such occasions where when I'm a in rut without a doubt I would always phone him. His kindness alongside professionalism is always appreciated and never the less, and he always goes above and beyond at his job and sincerely cares and puts effort in taking care of not only my vehicles but also my friends and family's vehicles alongside his other clients he's always been very kind and supportive in circumstances where I freak out at times during summer I had a friend come from Wisconsin a Manuel Subaru, unfortunately, she blew the engine on the highway due to her lack of knowledge of how to properly drive a stick shift, we were alongside a busy highway and Gustavo was able to get us out of the situation very fast he was very understanding and he got a driver to come and get us within less than 20 minutes! Talk about quick and efficient, another occasion was with a catfish Camaro I had, it was a project car and I initially had it sitting and I decided to drive on it briefly eyeing the tires. I drove on a flat tire after paying respects at a cemetery and couldn't make it home due to my rim scraping alongside the tire completely demolished and I had to get my car towed his brother was very caring as they initially thought someone broke into the car (it was a project car) they quickly and efficiently called me to let me know my door was opened. On another occasion, I had to get a BMW towed and Gustavo was able to do it in a very precise timely manner alongside with delicacy and care! Foreign cars are a hassle so the careful delicacy of being in the automotive industry at times I find myself helping others more with their vehicles by providing potential clients with Limitless towing services alongside friends and family, I recently sold another Camaro of mine and was able to provide the new owner Gustavo's services with Limitless towing, I would never give out recommendations to anyone unless I knew for a fact that they would be able to go above and beyond and provide excellent care and service, I've also junked a Nissan Murano with them so whenever someone asks me about a towing, junk yard removal, lockout service, I always send my best wishes to Gustavo and his family! The quick efficiency, professionalism, kindness, and care, always go above and beyond and always exceed my high standards. Today I got a Nissan towed alongside my BMW Gustavo was quick efficient and friendly as always, and I have never encountered a negative experience with Gustavo and his company. He always maintains the vehicles with care, I've never personally or my friends or family ever reported any diligence along any sort of disrespect. For me, this is the best towing company I've encountered ( trust me I've encountered a lot) you will never have to worry about this company's commitment to providing great efficient reliable services. They do tire changes alongside, lockout services, I'm always impressed and satisfied with every outcome on behalf of myself, my friends, and my family. Eventually I had to reschedule for the next morning. The driver was late by almost two hours. I was quoted a base price for the tow plus $4 a mile. Not bad considering I was getting it towed 5 miles away. When we got to the destination the driver charged me for 35 miles! Telling me that I had to pay for the truck driving from his base. I was not informed that he was coming from Timbuktu! I guess that explains his tardiness. After calling his base the person on the phone basically gave me a "It is as it is" attitude. I could not in good conscience allow this beloved business to depart without acknowledging my gratitude. I moved here at age seven back in 1984. My father learned about Larry & Dan's from customers soon after we moved. Since then, until his untimely passing two years ago, he has only taken his vehicle to Larry & Dan's, and refused to go anywhere else. The quality of the work, the dependability, the honesty, and kindness from the mechanics were all the reasons we kept going. I cannot begin to express how many difficult situations over the years I've had with vehicles that Larry & Dan's mechanics not only went out of their way to take care of me, but at times did so free of cost. A simple eyeball inspection at times, to a recent occasion where I hit a curb and screwed up the front passenger's side bumper, that a mechanic put zip ties on it to secure it - for free. The cashier ladies over the years knew more about cars sometimes than the mechanics. They'd take down descriptions and pass it through the window like a chef reading off a recipe. They made good conversation in the always stressful experience it is going to have a car fixed. They put you at ease. Over the years the mechanics went out of their way, too, to find affordable solutions for customers going through difficult financial times. Their mechanics would pick up parts. They would research and find good quality used parts and devise a strategy to go and pick it up, then reduce labor cost on the bill. Recent experiences of mine involving a battery alternator, and four brakes that went out at the same time, resulted this way. Thank you for all your years of service. Even if no one reads this, God will read it, and the universe will come around and reward those who did so much, for so long, for Schaumburg. I'm sure I'm not the only one who passes by this location, sees it empty, and experiences that hit to the chest that's comparable to losing a family member. I lost my dad. This is almost like losing him all over again. His name was Robert and EVERYONE at the shop loved him. He taught three mechanics how to play guitar. They drove him home one time on their own accord. Years ago when I worked the overnight shift at Dominick's on Schaumburg and Roselle, I would forget to turn off my lights and in the morning find it dead. I can't tell you how many times the mechanics would come to my aid and they always jumped me free of cost. They installed the best quality tires. They took on hundred-fifty-dollar jobs that chain auto shops would try and manipulate a customer into thousand-fifty dollar jobs. They'd do jobs under a hundred dollars, knowing that the big job when we need it would come their way. The picture in the middle was always mounted on the bulletin board behind where the cashier sits. It told the story of how the business was put together. It emphasized their business strategy, their devotion to customers, and to making an auto repair shop more a place of ease, a place to be relied on, a place people always knew had their best interests at heart. They put the customer first every day of their existence. With a tear in my eye, and a pounding in my heart, I'm writing this with utmost sincerity to say thank-you and best wishes, good spirits, and blessings from above...to this amazing business.

05/01/22 - What a way to start May off w/a bang. I was out in Schaumburg this morning. I went…read morearound a corner at Golf & Plum Grove Road. As I was going around the corner my effin ball joint & drive axel broke in the middle of a turn leaving me stranded @ the corner. I called the Schaumburg Police & they sent a squad car out to sit behind me so someone wouldn't hit me from behind coming around the corner while I waited for a tow. I called Redmon's Village Towing to get my car. Since the axle was broken & the left front wheel was turned in the car had to be gently eased up onto the flatbed tow truck. Now the dilemma of where to leave the car. Initially I thought of bringing the car back to Redmons tow yard, but I would have to pay an additional $45 dollars/day for storage. In addition I would have had to have someone pick up the car thus incurring another towing fee by bringing it back to my mechanic in the city. I decided to have it brought back to to the garage in Chicago & dropped off on the side of the building even though they aren't open on Sunday. Chris the tow truck driver did a good job of getting my car up on the flatbed and off again considering the mangled front tire. The tow cost me $240 dollars
