Brought it back to have them take a look and everything was torqued according to spec. After reaching out to the manufacturer it turns out the bump stop needed to be transferred over to the new shocks. Chris and his team transferred it over and the noise is gone. The mechanic, Wilson, noticed that the bushings on the compliance and lateral links were shot. He took the time show me how they looked and they were able to swap them out during my visit as to save time and money on getting another alignment in the near future. Overall great experience. They got me in and out in about 2 hours. Hannah and Wilson are very knowledgeable when it comes to Tesla's. Not to mention, the shop is clean with a waiting area. Huge thank you to King of Sound for being honest and actually taking the time to diagnose my issue…read morecorrectly. After replacing my car battery, my entire sound system started acting up. My bass knob stopped working properly, the bass sounded weak, and everything felt off. Another shop charged me $35, told me my amp channel was burnt out, blamed a small hole in my subwoofer, and immediately tried to sell me over $420 in new equipment without even checking or resetting my settings. I came to King of Sound for a second opinion, and within less than 15 minutes they figured out the battery replacement had simply reset my audio settings. They retuned everything, made sure the system sounded right, and now my setup works perfectly again -- honestly better than before. The best part was they were professional, patient, and genuinely wanted to help instead of upsell me on things I didn't need. They didn't even charge me.
