I had to take a moment, stop and be thankful for all the connections I have in my life rn and I felt the need to leave a review for this body shop and the person that runs it which is Carlos. It's not the first time he does work on my car but this time around I got in a car accident that wasn't my fault and with the anxiety I was experiencing on getting my car fixed I right away thought of Carlos (the go to person for any body work to be done to your car). I called him and told him the situation I was in and right away he offered to help me- to pick up car, give me a ride to my home and take care of it from there. I appreciate the service he provides and the security he offers in letting me know he will take care of my car with no worries. He assured me that my car would be taken care of and that he would contact insurance on his own. That's customer service!!!! No one likes being keyed. Unfortunately for my new car, that's exactly what happened. I came in as a referral from Krearive Tint, as I was a little skeptical with body shops due to past experience. I went in and spoke to a young gentleman in the office. He took a look at my car and immediately started working on it. The scratch was thankfully not too deep, so he was able to take care of it in a matter of minutes. To my surprise though, he didn't charge me a dime. I was surprised at such a low estimate as i went to 2 shop prior to this one and was quoted about 200 more than here. Don't be afraid of the low prices. They are very affordable prices and man did they do an incredible job on my bumper! Not only did they fix the scratch marks on the bumper but since my car is lowered they also fixed the bottom marks as well. The bumper came out like if i just got it out of the dealer! The job was done super fast with great precision, and to too it all off the works i met (Mario and Carlos) were very friendly and humble people. It was scratched from the front door all the way to the back door. carols were the one that helps me out. He was very friendly and gave me a quote within 10 mins. The price was much cheaper than my previous quotes. I dropped off my car and the worker offered me a ride home. The car was done within 4 days. Beautiful paint job, can't even tell it was badly hit. So i recently had walked out one day and realized my trunk had been hit by something that caused for the trunk to not close properly and align evenly. I took it over to C & R body shop to see how much it was going to cost me to fix and surprisingly it was incredibly affordable!. It was almost too good to be true so it had me a little uncertain on the quality of work.
