This review is long over due! I've been a customer for 6 years and will keep returning as needed. I've had the unfortunate fluke of getting into 3 accidents since 2019, all of them have hit my car from behind. Each time I have dropped off my car for repairs, they return it as if it is new. The process is so easy, they keep you updated via email through each step AND they are prompt to respond. I would like to add that this shop is family owned and they treat you as such, like family. Awesome place! Someone scraped my bumper, nothing too serious, but Luis made the whole process smooth and easy. He communicates via email frequently with pictures and time estimates on how much longer they'd be taking. Turns out my car had other internal issues, so he contacted the insurance of the person who hit me and had them come in for another estimate. He was detailed with any steps he was taking with my car which made me feel at ease throughout the process.
