I want to share my friend's experience. Two days ago, my friend visited me, and unfortunately, her rental car accidentally scratched someone else's car. UPDATE: APRIL 28, 2016 Fast forward almost 2 years later: My bestfriend needed a body and paint shop. For lack of a better term, we'll just say he had recently "damaged" his Jeep in a little off-road venture. The car owner and I went brought the car in to get a quote, as well as drop off the car for the work that was needed. The car owner had notified Aaron that he was worried about certain panels and doors not fitting correctly, and that he was pretty sure the car was a little twisted. He also pointed out that the windshield wasn't very straight, and that the front end of the car also looked "off." We also asked Aaron if he was able to source 2 roll bars, as they could have better sources for that, but most importantly to make sure everything on the car was installed, straight, and fit correctly. He said he would look into that, and let us know. Knowing this, Aaron quickly wrote us up a quote and filled out some paperwork, and we were on our way. A few days later, Aaron notifies us that they are unable to get the roll bars for us, so the car owner said that he'd find them himself. 2 weeks later, the car owner gets a call from Aaron that was car was ready for pickup. When we get to the shop, the car looked good, from afar at least. Paint match was on point, and everything looked like it was right. We did notice that the antennae was missing, and the car owner pointed that out to Aaron. He quickly responded, no we don't have that and we didn't remove it. We were sure that we had dropped off the car with it, but no big deal... we're probably the wrong ones right!? Anyways, we left with the car without much inspection, and happily drove the car home. Once we got back, upon deeper and closer inspection, excuse my language, but we could see how s****y and half-a**ed the work was that was done on the car. The first thing was the paint on the driver's door, there was over-spray dripping the whole LENGTH of the door panel... uhh what? Then we noticed that the front end of the car seemed to be untouched, even though we had asked them to inspect it. The windshield still fit horribly. We tried putting on the roll bars, and noticed that they were far from fitting, and by far I mean almost 2". We loosened a bolt on each side of the windshield, and that made them fit. However, we noticed that the roll bars were extended more than they should've been, but we thought that maybe it was okay. (AT THIS POINT, GUESS WHAT WE FOUND?! THE ANTENNAE! Where was it?! It was hiding under the windshield, where someone took it off, left it there, and installed the windshield back. There was no way anyone could've seen that unless the windshield was uninstalled.) Next, we tried to put on a door. It did not fit. It was not even close to fitting. The front portion of the door was completely bashing into the windshield. Worried and frustrated, we brought the car back to the shop. Aaron and his team inspected the car and said they could figure out why it wasn't fitting. Once again, we left the car there for the afternoon. Evelyn called us a few hours later, notifying us that the car was ready for pickup. When we got to the shop, we saw from afar that the doors were installed and now everything looked DECENT. Anyways, Evelyn walks me to the car, and this is where I get pissed off. She starts by rambling on about how twisted the car was, and we told her that we knew..... that's why we brought the car in to be worked on. Then she starts asking about what was initially on the quote and verified the price we paid; clearly she only knew very little about the whole situation. We told her there were certain expectations that were set when dropping off the car, and that about only half were actually achieved when the car was "completed." She then CLAIMS that the car was PERFECT and STRAIGHT, BEFORE we put on the roll bars. Wait, pause, what? How would you know if the car was straight if guys didn't install the roll bars, nor did you guys even bother to work on the front end of the car? I quickly responded that CLEARLY the car wasn't straight, otherwise the roll bars would've been a "direct bolt on" type of deal, instead of a "bring the car back to the shop to figure out why the roll bars don't fit." I tried explaining to her more details of our interactions with Aaron, but she just continuously cut me off while speaking. Frustrated at this, I lost my cool and left the shop. All in all, a horrible second time experience with this shop. I'm not sure what happened in the time since my last visit, but it's definitely not how my first time experience was. I urge whoever reads thus far into this review to not go to this shop, because it sucks having to deal with this type of work and crap customer service. I will NEVER refer this body shop to anyone again. There are plenty of body shops out there, but it seems that nowadays it's just so difficult to find shops that are HONEST, RELIABLE, and TRUSTWORTHY. GET REKT. read more

I had gotten into a pretty bad accident and needed to get my car fixed out of pocket. I had asked around and my dad found TD. 1. The original estimate was $4500 but walked out of the door with a $6200 bill. Charges kept being added day in and day out. I would understand if there were little things that were unforeseen but almost $2000 more charges??? But my car was already there held hostage and just wanted to get my car fixed ASAP. Most body shops are the same in regards to their integrity and I had hoped that Aaron and his team were different. However...$2000 later...they were not. 2. I was originally told that my car should be done in a week or two. I brought the car in 2.9.18 and didn't get the car back until 3.8.18. Almost one month later! Around July of '09, my car was rear-ended, the bumper was cracked and completely unsalvagable. So, freaking out and wanting my baby fixed as soon as possible, the paternal parental figure tells me he's referred several people to T-D Auto. So being the obedient son that I am, I go with him and we talk to Evelyn, the big boss lady of the shop. Evelyn, seeing that I was near-devastated that I would have to part from my baby for an extended amount of time, quickly got on the phone and started contacting all of her suppliers. 4 suppliers in, we find a perfect match in make and model, and best of all, locally. I brought my car in on Thursday late-afternoon and was able to pick it up as good as new on Saturday mid-afternoon. The only reason it took longer than next-day readiness is because the paint had to settle and dry, or else I would have gotten it sooner. Evelyn was extremely kind, professional, and understanding of my situation. She is bilingual in Mandarin and English, but I'm sure she probably has another Chinese dialect up her sleeve. Another time, my buddy had one too many bumps, scratches, scrapes and dents to her Jetta, the final ding preventing her from opening her trunk. I brought her over to T-D's on a Thursday, we dropped the car off Friday opening of business and picked it up Saturday before dinner time. Best of all?
