I called the florist who immediately responded to an apology for the flowers condition. He said I would receive new arrangement later in the day. Five hours later there was a new arrangement delivered to my office and the delivery man was very professional. My experience with this florist was unconditionally excellent in how they handled my call and responded with good faith in service and product. I had read other reviews regarding their service and business practice. I have included the second flower arrangement which I believe is nicer then the first and is more like the picture advertised. I had ordered them from New Mexico so I was a little worried. William came over the morning of the wedding on a Saturday to replace a few wilty delfinias. He didn't charge me and was charming and quick. He fixed them up in the hotel lobby and made two small bouquets for for last minute brides maids. The wedding was simple and only four people plus my husband and I. But the flowers made it so special. All the girls were thrilled with their flowers and took them home. You can pick out a design from the web page if you prefer of course but I have always found if you simply "let Picasso paint!" and tell them what is important to you (for this arrangement it was the ribbon with AUNT MARY) the florist will 9 times out of 10 deliver something even more stunning, as was the case here.
