Overall, I'm disappointed. When I order flowers, I won't lie...online has become my thing. However, flowers are the traditional 4th wedding anniversary gift and I wanted something specific...so into an ACTUAL STORE I walked. I even took a BOOK, y'all; A book of wedding photos. I wanted to recreate my wife's bouquet. I guess I'm just old fashioned, but I expected more from customer service. Kinda thought someone would take some actual real time with me to discuss the project. Like...let's sit down and talk. Nope. All I got was: she took photos of the photos, asked my budget...and then charged me the full amount of my budget, tacked on shipping, and that was that. Then, I was underwhelmed by the size of the arrangement. I had a few women co workers tell me that was about right for $150 plus shipping. I vehemently disagree. I guess flowers are just more expensive than I thought !? They also missed some of the more prominent colors of our wedding. The arrangement came off muted, not colorful like out wedding. There were issues with allowing the driver in due to recent policy changes that apparently no one was aware of. I hate to make a bad review but I'm so disappointed with the service of this company. I placed an order as a new customer hoping for a great experience but went opposite. I paid $75 dollars for a birthday bouquet to get delivered. The day of my delivery I had a stranger calling me explaining flowers got delivered to their house which was obviously not the place they were supposed to go. Thank goodness for this kind stranger because I wouldn't have found out till much later that my recipient didn't get their flowers. After much back and forth with the florist they got delivered. The florist never offered for a refund or at least cover the delivery charge ($15) this is my first and last time working with this company. I understand people make mistakes but good customer service could've been offered by a refund. read more

My husband bought me a rose here and it lasted for nearly 2 weeks! So when my friend got sick, I knew this was the floral shop I wanted to go to to get her a sunflower, because she loves sunflowers. Looking at the entrance door, they seemed adamant about wearing a mask in their store, so don't forget yours!! When I walked in, I saw a young guy siting at the register eating. He didn't acknowledge my presence at all. But a few seconds later, I was greeted kindly by an older, short lady, and asked if I was looking for something specific. They didn't have sunflowers at the time, so I got her a Gerber Daisy instead. They asked me if I wanted the flower "wrapped", which means that they will wrap it in plastic paper, add greenery and babies breath to the flower and a ribbon. I thought it came out beautifully, especially just for 1 flower! And it was reasonably priced! Only $4.33! They have free little cards you can stick in your bouquet! I would definitely return especially since I know their flowers last so long! read more

My experience was like any other I called to place an order gave the man I was speaking to over the phone all my information payment information exc.. the day comes for delivery 1) the flowers never get there in time 2) they don't know how to contact the driver to see how far along he is 3) I'm on hold forever while they figure their mistake out 4) my flowers got delivered to the wrong apartment complex and I'll be receiving the same flowers I PAID for on a specific day 2 DAYS later with no refund or inconvenience compensation 5) flowers are now pointless 2 days later after the celebration I originally planned for. They're really nice people! I called from out of town trying to find a local florist who could accommodate a living memorial. They were really sweet and was able to work with me on setting up an ongoing roses pickup for the family it was for. They made everything really easy and the family was really happy. I will never order from them again!!!!!! I ordered a $60 flower arrangement to be delivered to a friend staying at the nearby hospital. I was mortified when she sent me a picture thanking me for the arrangement. The ad on their website shows at least 7 red carnations in this arrangement. The arrangement came with ONE. ONE red carnation...the cheapest filler flower that even exists!!! The entire arrangement looks like a 7 year old put it together and tied the bow. I called and their CSR Andrea was very rude and when I returned called I was rudely disconnected . When I called to complain and asked for owner, the CSR told me she was not in, until I said I had a complaint. As I spoke with owner , who was pleasant who ginuenly tried to rectify situation let me know that they do not run their business as such .I really appreciate your concern. I had first gone into the shop which was cute to find information on a request. And the lady was friendly and said to come back to speak with the manager as she did not know how to help. When I came back the next day the manager was very short and told me she'd call me back the following day. I never received that call. I called again to find information a man pick up the phone and was very rude told me to stop talking and call back at a better time . It was just a simple yes or no question for service. Not happy. I wanted an arrangement in the shape of a dog for my father's funeral. There was a reason for the odd-ball request but that's another story lol. No one greeted me for about 5-8 min, while a man sat counting receipts at the counter. Finally someone came out to help. She told me she would not take the time out to arrange something from the flowers they had available and they were prioritizing pre-orders only.
