I accepted for them to give me a quote and they told me they could give me a better price than my current policy. I asked if they're sure about it and they said yes, showing me the price. At the end they gave me some gift cards as credit for the price they could not match. Even when they try to fix it, I wasn't happy with what happened. First, they still lied to me. Second, they wasted my time. And 3rd, the following policy (after 6 months) came without the gift cards so at the end I ended up paying more that what they initially told me. I didn't contact them because I was so sick of that so I decided to pay the extra money for my peace of mind. Now it's time to renew my policy again. I had a minor accident in February. I'll include the pictures so you can see how small was the incident. I just found out they are increasing my policy from $946.34 to $2717.30!!!!! Yes, you read it right. I just contacted the person who managed my accident claim to see if I killed someone (sarcasm). I just don't understand how they can increase my policy from $157.7 to $452.9 PER MONTH. I don't get it. When I received the new policy I was convinced it was a mistake so I called them to ask. And that's absolutely right!! They're charging me $452.9 PER MONTH. Please see the damage of the car in the pictures. So, please do yourself a favor and DO NOT GET ALLSTATE INSURANCE. And of course I cancelled my insurance coverage with them and already got a new insurance for $180.00 per month.
