He is handling business and installing...and before install, had to follow up with him for pricing or clarification on lead time but he always responded within 1-2 days. Once we pulled the trigger, took exactly 2 weeks for material to come in (Friday) and on the following Tuesday, he had it installed to perfection. We will be relying on him in the future!

They were also an hour late without acknowledgement, rolled their eyes when asked for a quote, and had horrible customer service over the phone, referring my wife as "some lady," so I used that number to shop around. My contractor friend suggested AG Glass and they were able to get me a quote over the phone for $350-400 from a measurement I took from home. Then, even though they estimated a two week turnaround, they confirmed an appointment in less than 2 days since the initial call. The work was great, though because of an admin screw up, the technicians came 45 minutes later than the 10-12PM window, but they owned up to it and decided to knock off $60. So instead of paying $460, I ended up paying $300 for my bone-headed mistake! Pretty great experience overall and would recommend them!

I responded to the quote the same day it was received and asked to be put on the schedule. Another 1-1/2 months went by with no response so I sent another email asking for a call and said this is getting to the point of ridiculous. An hour later I received a call telling me to go to another shop as they do not like angry emails. They apparently read their emails but do not respond to them. They do not know what customer service means and I am a previous client as well. A simple phone call to let me know the schedule would have prevented all of this. Hard to believe. Update. The manager called back and apologized for his attitude as he had to put his mom on Hospice today. He promised his partner would call me next week after Thanksgiving to get us taken care of. This is how it should be handled.

Within just a few days, they had someone on my roof performing a thorough inspection. My roof was nearly 30 years old, had multiple leaks, and several other issues. They walked me through everything they found, explained exactly how they planned to fix it, and answered every question I had. They are licensed, insured, and the roof comes with an extensive warranty. Citlaly arrived with samples of different roofing materials, colors, and underlayments. She was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain the differences between each option so I could make an informed decision. Everyone I dealt with was warm, professional, courteous, and genuinely pleasant. At no point did I ever feel pressured or rushed into making a decision. That same day, they provided me with an extremely detailed, itemized estimate outlining every aspect of the project. The pricing was very fair, and the scope of work actually exceeded my expectations. The only unknown was the amount of wood that might need to be replaced once the old roof was removed, which they explained upfront because it couldn't be determined beforehand. The entire process was incredibly convenient. All of the paperwork was handled electronically through e-signatures, making everything quick and easy. Once I approved the estimate, they had a crew on my roof within two weeks. The crew was phenomenal. They arrived on time every morning, worked incredibly hard throughout the day, and were always friendly and respectful. They would even smile and wave as I took my dogs outside. They were efficient, organized, and it was obvious they knew exactly what they were doing. I work during the day, so they completed everything while I was gone. Every evening when I came home, the job site was spotless. Not just "picked up," it was immaculate. My driveway and backyard were actually cleaner than they were before the project started. One thing that really impressed me involved my security camera system. I had installed it myself, and the wiring was honestly a mess, with cables running across the roof and cameras mounted to the fascia boards. I fully expected them to ask me to remove everything or charge me extra to deal with it. Instead, they never even brought it up. They carefully worked around every wire, temporarily moved what they needed to, put everything back exactly where it belonged, and never charged me a penny extra. It was actually much neater when they finished. When they removed the old roof, they discovered quite a bit of dry rot. It looked to me like they replaced a significant amount of fascia and damaged wood. I was preparing myself for a surprise bill of $1,000 to $2,000 or more. Instead, they charged me exactly what they originally quoted, plus only $500 for all of the additional wood replacement, labor and painting which took them almost a full day. Another pleasant surprise was that they didn't ask for a deposit. I didn't pay a single dollar until the entire project was finished and I was satisfied with the work. They simply texted me a secure online payment link where I could pay by bank transfer or credit card. They even absorbed the credit card processing fee, which is almost unheard of on a project this size. Most importantly, the finished roof looks absolutely beautiful. I'm not a roofing expert, but I know quality craftsmanship when I see it. Everything is straight, clean, and perfectly aligned. The drip edge, flashing, corners, and overall attention to detail are outstanding. JV Roofing should be extremely proud of both their employees and the way they run their business. They are honest, fair, hardworking, and clearly take tremendous pride in their work. JV Roofing completely earned my trust. I would recommend them without hesitation to anyone needing a new roof. I only wish every contractor operated with the same level of professionalism, integrity, and customer service. This company is an absolute gem. Thank you all so much!

As one can imagine it was a maze to go through PG&E, and the subcontracted gardening company. Complicated and time consuming. I called several companies about replacing the glass. All in the larger cities said it wasn't a big enough job for them to come, and the local small company was a combination of Abbot and Costello mixed with the Keystone Cops. The people at Estero Glass said they'd be happy to come. Their estimate was over $100 more than the local company. It took quite a while for PG&E and the gardening company to arrive at the amount they were willing to give me which was the lower of the 2 estimates. In the meanwhile Jordan at Estero Glass would periodically check in with me to ask if I was doing ok through the process and let me know I could call on them if they could be of any help. They never once even brought up the job itself; no pressure at all. For their kindness and help I decided to go with them even though there would be some out of pocket on my end as they were the higher estimate, and I told them as much. They sent me a revised estimate with a credit of $100 listed as Customer Appreciation. A tech come out - Larry, I think - and did an amazing job of installation and clean-up. I completely forgot to write this review until now when I need a new window so I am just about to call them. I regret the tardiness of writing, but their business is run on the highest levels in every department, which is why I'll be calling them again this afternoon. Incredible company with great customer service and technicians which is why I will use only them now and int he future. I could not be happier with Estero Glass.
