I had three large screens replaced by A Fresh Breeze last week and I'll thrilled with the results. I wish I had called sooner! I kept thinking I could do it myself, but they were so reasonable (three 3x4 screens for under $100) and so professional, I would definitely use A Fresh Breeze again. It took about a week to get an appointment up in North County. Paula called the day before and again a few hours before my appointment to keep me posted on an exact time. I think they were at the house for about 25 minutes and it was all done. They used good quality dust-repellent screens and added new pull tabs. Friendly, professional, excellent work. We had Phantom screens and they needed to be rescreened so we called a fresh breeze. They are not certified Phantom screen dealers so they were hesitant on rescreening our screens but would give it a try. We decided maybe just to replace them with the same type but we ended up with regular screen doors that lock and we are really happy. We chose this company for our custom screen door. We were looking for something sturdy that our dog could not tear through as well as a more aesthetically pleasing look then those you can find at a hardware store. A Fresh Breeze totally delivered! Our door was just installed today and it looks gorgeous. It is super study as well. No dog is getting through that! The pricing is definitely more then your local hardware store but I feel the investment was 100% worth it. Doug and his assistant came out to take custom measurements and even keyed the door the same as our front door so we didn't have to add another key to our set. A Fresh Breeze replaced all the worn screens in our house for half what we expected to pay (based on other estimates), installed a beautiful new screen door, and replaced the screen on another still usable screen door, even installing a new handle on that door that we provided. These people just serviced my two 3 ft. x 6.5 ft. sliding screen doors that open onto our rear deck. They replaced the damaged screening on one door and serviced the support rollers and guides on both doors. One door required new rollers. Why cant we give them 6 stars! This is by far the best screen company I have ever worked with. With the amount of dogs we have, screens get weak, ripped, etc. We have used many screen companies but this will be the one we use from this point on. They are just amazing folks. They know their business and they take it very seriously. What is even better is they are a team. Paula and Doug are just incredible people as well. if you are looking for a company to do screen repair and much more, you should spend a few minutes to call them. It will be worth it for sure. We replaced or repaired 10+ screens and what I love most about them is their honesty. Sure they could have just recommended a new screen frame but they fix up the current one and make sure it is is solid working condition, re-screen it and looks like new. Amazing company. This is the first time I have been so upset that my first thought was to put it here.. I hired this company after a house fire. Waiting weeks for an appointment and when the day arrived I was excited. The office had been good about getting in touch and their communication. 2 guys arrived and immediately I could tell the older one was acting put out. I had just started showing them the screens I wanted done and the other guy started taking them off and putting them aside. I had already a few down which I said I wasn't sure if those were going to need rescreening so the younger guy just put the new ones to the side. The older guy started moving the just taken down screens to the other ones so I said wait I am not sure if those are to be rescreened so he just grabbed them all and moved them back into the garage and mumbled something about having to set up another appointment. I was floored isn't that why they were there cause I had an appointment. I had told the women who set up the appointment it was a 2 story and a lot needed to be done so they should have booked enough time to do at least 15 but probably more windows. This is not a cheap service running about 30+ a window so unless a lot of houses were getting completely re-sceened I would guess it was a large job. I have been through so much with the fire and rebuild and to have someone act and treat me that way made me so upset I was shaking. I called the office and the woman said she was surprised and apologized. I would say that man definitely should not be around people. The younger one while not looking surprised by the others attitude you could tell was uncomfortable. If this was my business he would not be working for me. I'm giving it a star because the women I spoke with each time was kind. read more

The initial appointment was for selecting the screen door I liked and taking measurements. I was advised of the approximate time frame from order to arrival. Once the door was received, I was called and an appointment set for installation. The installation went efficiently and smoothly! They even brought a small vacuum to clean up any pieces! WOW!! Had mosquito net in screen door for sliding glass door to be repaired. I called and left voicemail. They called back the next day and I got an appointment for 3 days later after a holiday. They showed up on time and fixed the door in 15 minutes. Got new netting, new wheels with springs and new handle with lock. All were corroded so they didn't work. Fast excellent service. We recently moved to the area and I was shocked at the lack of screen repair companies! Luckily I found out about A Fresh Breeze from a local window cleaner. Paula took my call and was super friendly. They came out that weekend, looked over the house and gave us a quote before any work was done. The quote was VERY reasonable, as my husband had just completed a few of the screens on his own and to do the rest of the home it would have cost much more than what A Fresh Breeze quoted us.
