Several weeks later we went to pick up the windows and they couldn't have been more wrong. Instead of single hung they were sliders and with no grid design at all. So we tell them this and the owner and the front office lady tell us this is our fault because we were not specific enough. Wow! Really! He wrote down single hung windows and the grid design while we sat there and it's our fault. Sadly they are doing absolutely nothing to make this right other than saying we own the wrong windows and they have our money. So now I have the wrong windows and I will be going elsewhere to order the correct ones. I will not return there and I will be sharing with everyone I know not to go starting with my Yelp family.

Turns out all houses have these problems! Customer service is top-notch (Madi, you're wonderful!), communication is excellent, everyone is professional and friendly. The installation team can't be beat--on time, on task, and answered my questions. The guys were great. The last 2 of 6 windows are being replaced the end of December. Can't thank you enough! As a side note--the very old single pane windows were replaced with Milgard double pane. It was quite a surprise that the noise from the outside world was significantly reduced inside the house just from the new windows.
