They were also an hour late without acknowledgement, rolled their eyes when asked for a quote, and had horrible customer service over the phone, referring my wife as "some lady," so I used that number to shop around. My contractor friend suggested AG Glass and they were able to get me a quote over the phone for $350-400 from a measurement I took from home. Then, even though they estimated a two week turnaround, they confirmed an appointment in less than 2 days since the initial call. The work was great, though because of an admin screw up, the technicians came 45 minutes later than the 10-12PM window, but they owned up to it and decided to knock off $60. So instead of paying $460, I ended up paying $300 for my bone-headed mistake! Pretty great experience overall and would recommend them!

We were very specific stating single hung with a particular grid design. They said they needed to send a guy out to measure and that sounded reasonable. Several weeks later we went to pick up the windows and they couldn't have been more wrong. Instead of single hung they were sliders and with no grid design at all. So we tell them this and the owner and the front office lady tell us this is our fault because we were not specific enough. Wow! Really! He wrote down single hung windows and the grid design while we sat there and it's our fault. Sadly they are doing absolutely nothing to make this right other than saying we own the wrong windows and they have our money. So now I have the wrong windows and I will be going elsewhere to order the correct ones. I will not return there and I will be sharing with everyone I know not to go starting with my Yelp family.

We were concerned removing extensive framework would brake tiles which were not replaceable. Kurt at C & S referred us to REY TILES to evaluate the tile problem. REY TILES came out and indicated the framework could be removed & tiles could be saved. Great news! Within one week, we had a beautifully framed shower, new glass doors & all our tiles back in place. Additionally, Rey Tiles and C&S did a GREAT cleanup job!!! Extra kudos for THAT! I didn't have to clean a thing! Dealing with everyone at C&S and Rey Tiles was easy, professional and friendly. I received a call in less fan a week to schedule the install but my construction needed a few more days. They were super easy to work with and the shower door with the clear glass is beautiful. I added the special coating so hard water stains should never be an issue with a little maintenance such as wiping off after a shower & using a rinse once a month.
