I decided to look them up to see if they could repair some damage to our SUV when we were rear ended on I-4. I found that they moved to Debary but kept the same name. If you need a body shop that puts quality first before quantity, check with them for your repair needs. Not only are they willing to work with you but will ensure that you know all you need to about dealing with insurance companies. I want to share the experience I had because I think it is above and beyond what I would expect from any business. I spoke to the insured's insurance company (National General) regarding getting things organized for the repair of the vehicle. Everything seemed to be going smoothly as I turned in my vehicle to OCC. I received a call from the insurance company that had supplied the rental vehicle saying that they spoke to OCC stating that the vehicle was ready to be picked up. So I brought the vehicle back to Enterprise rentals and then they drove me to OCC. All of the representatives of Enterprise had nothing but great things to say about OCC. When I got to the body shop, my car was still up on the rack getting repaired since when they took the car apart to repair it, there was more damage underneath to fix. Come to find out they spoke to the insurance adjuster and got it approved to fix the remaining damage but the adjuster never notified the rental company to extend the reservation nor did they tell me this. The owner of OCC saw what had happened and worked on my behalf with the insurance company to make sure that I was not without a vehicle to drive. Most businesses would have just let me sink or swim by letting me find a way to get transportation. Not to mention, when I was talking to the insurance company, the lady said affirmatively that it was 5 o clock and the other agent was gone for the day which basically said she was not going to help me. If not for OCC, I would have ended up having to spend money out of pocket than have the insurance pick up the charge. I will take my car back to them for any future repairs. Appearances of the owner / employees does not describe their character. Nice people to deal with as well as knowledgeable. The SUV looks great too.

Don't tow your car here Owner & owner's wife are VERY rude & ghetto . I am not their typical criminal. I am a victim of drunk driver 21 yr. olds and don't understand the attitude? They need to understand that I and others had a choice. The Sheriff asked me if I wanted C&S to tow my car or not and now I regret agreeing to their services. They also lied and told me it would only cost $125. However, the owner rudely dismissed me and charged $146.30, regardless of honoring their quote. What a bunch of ruthless thugs who love to name-drop, "working directly for the sherrif". I'm sorry, does this give you the license to lie, steal and get attitudes just because? The owner Mr. Scott is a disgusting human. The company dropped my son's car and had the audacity to not want to pay for the damages. Pretty racist place. Had a short guy with a beard jump out the truck and threaten me, then lie to his employer. I go to the tow yard to get my car and before I could speak people were making jokes. The place reeked of cigarettes and other smells. I tried to speak with the owner and he went off on me and would not allow me to speak. He said I probably startled his employee and that's why he got out and threatened me. No apologies, didn't try to listen nor cared about what I had to say. I locked myself out of my work van and was on the clock. Two locksmiths told me they'd be minimum of 30 mins to get to me. C&S has a driver to me under 10 mins and opened the van in under a minute. Great guys, very professional and courteous. 10/10 would use again. read more
