Had a flat tire while I was with my elderly mother. My roadside assistance contacted C and S towing. The driver arrived within 15 minutes. He took off my flat tire then replaced the flat tire with my spare, which was also flat! The driver told me to go drive the car with the flat tire and air it up! He told me he had nothing to air the tire up with and he couldn't do anything. I expressed my concern for driving on a flat tire amd he dismissed me. He then packed up and left. The business was easy to find and they didn't give us any grief for showing up one minute before closing on a Friday. After having the starter replaced less than a year ago in my husband's vehicle the solenoid went out. Unfortunately, we had the starter replaced while I was still active duty military at an on post mechanic located in Fort Hood, TX so getting them to honor a warranty is a joke. My father in law said he could fix the problem, but we needed to have the vehicle towed to his house which is 9.9 miles away. All the other towing companies my husband called were wanting a $75+ hook up fee than $3.50-$5+ a mile!!! My father in law called C&S and was given a total cost of $65. No hook up charge. So I called C&S and set everything up. Tim is the person I spoke with. He was very professional and couldn't believe other companies tried to charge us those ridiculous prices. They quoted me 45-60 min for the arrival time. When the towing operator Tom arrived around 30 mins after making the call he gave me a courtesy call. He was extremely fast and courteous. I was also able to pay with my card (no fee applied) which made things a lot easier seeing as I didn't have cash on me. I had my Kia running with purse inside and I musta pushed the lock button by mistake as I had to run back in the house. When I came back my doors were locked. I have been locked out before because my key fob stopped working and the Kia dealership said I would need to buy a whole new key fob for a whole $400 which I went to YouTube and found out it was just a battery. I really didn't think the tow company could help me but I called anyway they said they were really busy with a lot of car accidents but they would get to me. Within 10 minutes he was knocking at my door and I told him it was probably impossible to open my door because I have one of those kind of automatic locks. Sure enough within 5 minutes he had it open! It was a little tedious and he had to do a little bit of troubleshooting to see how he could do it but he did it and I'm so happy and if I would've called a locksmith they would've said no they couldn't do it and they would've charged $150 at least so I'm in my car now and I only paid $65 and I'm so thankful read more

Okay, so I have a long story about RV breakdowns and I won't go into it (we'd be here all day), but my other reviews tell the story. Anyway, after finally thinking our RV was fixed, we were driving from Wildwood to Vero Beach when the RV overheated and we were able to get to a gas station. We learned on our last tow that we should not call AAA first, because we waited 8 hours for them to come through (i told you, its drama), so we found C & S ourselves. Called them, set up the tow, he was there within an hour. Our RV was choking and needless to say we were super stressed. The guy who arrive, Chad I think, was so friendly, professional and kind. He knew what he was doing, was confident, told us he would get us to Clermont (the closest RV park we could afford) and that was about an hour and a half away maybe. He was super fast but super efficient. We rode with him in the RV and when we called the campground, they say..."Sorry, but you can't be towed in here. You have to physically drive in." Well, that's not gonna work, we thought, we can't drive in. So, we figured the RV should drive very small distance if it's cooled down. Chad was able to unhook the RV right outside our campground, so all we had to do was drive down the street. AMAZING! I was in an accident on August 1st, 2021. I make the unfortunate choice of using C&S Towing. While the driver was polite and professional, it was when I went to have the car released to be moved to the repair shop is when the real nature of this disgusting company came to light. It starts with finding the business, a second rate junk yard at best. It is an another journey in itself to find the "Office" a dull colored building, with a filthy window and a sign indicating that that was the release station. You can see nothing through the window, there is no indication that there is anyone in the office, no way to buzz in. The office door was unlocked, so I went in, that was a big mistake. The stench was putrid, the stench of .burnt Tobacco, was such that one felt they were wading through a giant dirty ashtray. The "so called" manager was beyond rude. God help you if these dirt bags tow you for a parking violation, if I was was treated like this just having my car towed form there to a repair shop, all of which is covered by my insurance. This company picked my son's car up after it was broke down on the side of the road. Towed it back to their location the next day I went their paid their fee and had the car towed to my mechanic by my insurance company. When they dropped the key off they never left the key. I called and stated they would take it out there. However, they never did and my mechanic had to get a new key made for a cost of $50.00. Once my son got his car back he went their to get the original key and told them I needed to be paid back for the cost of getting a new key and the owner told me to basically F*&K myself and he would not be paying for their own mistake of not leaving the key at the time of dropping the car off. read more

He asked them if "I beat there mother" The was especially offensive since my teen age children and just lost their mother unexpectedly. Tow truck came in 40 min in Deland, Florida. He told me to pay extra $45 dollar for towing because it is over 10 miles. They charge $5 dollar after the 10 miles. I live 19 miles away from Deland location. He charged me for 9 miles. Total charge for this towing was $120. In the past I have used other company but they never charged me extra $45 dollars for towing. I used tow truck from New Smyrna to Deltona but no extra cost, covered me for $75.
