The down payment wasn't too much ($1200) and my monthly payments are very affordable. To top it off, the car will be paid off in just 2 years. No hassle. No pressure. Straight forward. Easy. Usually the paperwork takes a long time at a dealers, but here it was super fast. Sat down, gave license, added car to insurance and provided proof then signed and out the door with the keys. It was seriously less than an hour! They know what they are doing and get it done fast. I drove old car home and they even followed with the new one so no second trips. Definitely did not have to do that and it was greatly appreciated. They offer many different financing options. I chose their in house financing. No issues or problems with any of that. Jose, the used car sales manager told me "It's a 10 year old car so..". I told him I wouldn't have purchased the car if I had known it had $6000 worth of work that needed to be done to it. I didn't expect them to do a full restoration of the vehicle but it shouldn't cost me $6k days after I bought it. They woudn't budge. Now I have a car that is worth $6k less than when I bought it. My dash had no cracks chips or any damages before leaving my truck there. After picking up the truck I was infuriated. my dash was cracked in several major parts and is the only thing you notice as soon as you get in. I could understand one crack but as many as it has now , it should have 100% been replaced. they really f***** me. It is practically pieced together. I'm hesitant to even wipe it down. because of their recall now the appearance and value of my vehicle went down. it's embarrassin. how is that fair for the customer.
