She listened to my concerns, and made me feel comfortable about my dog going out with his new friends. Before my dog Hank went out with the pack Sharnae organized a Meet and Greet at my home. Hank and I were able to meet all the walkers, and I had the chance to talk about any quirks that Hank has. All the walkers were so kind, knowledgable and professional. Hank went on walks twice and week, and every time I came home from work after his walks he was so happy and tired. Sharnae sent me the best photos of Hank and his friends on the walks. All the dogs looked so happy! Hank has a very sensitive stomach, and they would also let me know if anything seemed off with him that day. I ran into one of the walkers on their pack walk at The Berkeley Marina once, and Hank was so happy to see them! I was so impressed by how much control the walker had over all the dogs. They were all well taken care of, and happy! I moved out of state, and I truly miss The Balanced K9. They are amazing!!

What I like about my experience has been how grounded and practical Roxane and her team are. We had recently adopted my Scooby from a rescue and were only just learning that he had some additional emotional needs. It became clear that he needed more than basic training. Roxane recommended a trainer who was exceptional and worked to incorporate what we were doing with that trainer. She is reliable, honest, and has treated my dog well.

We have complete trust when it comes to them taking care of our dog, as well as picking up/dropping off from our house even in moments when we're not around. Sadly we're moving out of the area and will hopefully be lucky enough to find similar care for our dog.

She has a very soothing and kind voice and gentle approach with our dog. She has a key to our house and picks up our pup. Our cockapoo and maybe terrier rescue is almost a year old. We've had her for 4 months and she's still "in training". She adores Coleen. We all adore Coleen and her team! Coleen has special days where you can schedule spa treatments/grooming sessions for your pet. Another great service is when she picks up pet supplies for you and drops it off at your home. I was disappointed to find out that your facility is frequently understaffed, that your employees don't receive proper animal handling training, and that you house a DOG AND PEOPLE aggressive shepherd in the same facility as your clients beloved pets. A dog that has a history of attacks and that recently mauled an employee's arm (reported to animal control if anyone would like to fact check), a situation in which the owner has yet to take accountability for. If you are a person that cares how your dog is treated behind closed doors, or better yet a person who believes in workers rights and protections, I would steer clear of this boarding service. The few negative reviews are evidence of the chaos slipping through the facade. Do not ignore them.

She does a great job with making sure everyone gets water on the hike, and putting his little sweater back on when she drops him back off to my house. She is also incredibly communicative and compassionate. On one of the hikes Shizz started limping out of no where so she carried his heavy little 20 lb bowling ball butt the rest of the hike and texted me about it right away. The limp disappeared and never came back, but I know she wouldn't hesitate to do whatever is needed for him when he's with her. He comes home tired and happy, and I trust her implicitly.

There is a big yard and the dogs (usually between 2 and 5) have free access to indoor and outdoor space. We look forward to every day Dahlia spends at daycare. She comes home happy and tired!
