No matter who I've spoken with, everyone at DTA is friendly and courteous and any questions I've had have always been responded to in a timely manner. Onboarding was great, Kerylin really took the time to get to know my dog and ensure everyone on the team is aware of any quirks or triggers he might have. After-walk reports are always very thorough with lots of pictures attached. I appreciate their attention to detail and making sure I know my dog has a great time on his walks. I'm not home most times DTA swings by for a walk and they have my trust; if I didn't know we had a walk scheduled I couldn't tell anyone was there (in the best way possible). Kerylin has been so great for our pup, Bear. He goes on weekly 30 minute group walks in the neighborhood. Since moving to San Ramon from Boston, Bear hasn't had adequate socialization or exercise so this is perfect for him. We love the updates and pictures after each walk, too! Kerilyn and her walkers are amazing. We have 2 labs with completely different personalities and walking styles. She adapts the walks for each of my labs. One is younger and walks quickly and with purpose. My other lab is a bit older and loves to meander and smell everything possible. She adapts easily to each one. We've used Dog Tired for our dog, Reggie, for a few walks and also a couple of overnight stays. Every time we've used Kerylin or Molly, we've been contacted a few days before to confirm everything. They've also always texted me soon after leaving Reggie to update me on how everything went. Recently, Kerylin hired Molly to help with walks. Molly was just as professional and checked in with me during her time with Reggie and sent photos! My husband and I traveled for over a week out of town and Kerylin stayed at our place. I was anxious to leave our dog for such a long time, but Kerylin calmed all of my anxiety. She sent me twice daily updates with pictures of our dog. It was obvious from the pictures that Reggie loves her and was having a great time! During our trip, our dog was dealing with an infection on his nose. His vet contacted me to switch his medication while we were out of town, and Kerylin offered to go a pick up Reggie's new medicine at no extra charge!
