My family and…read moreI have been taking our cars to Tony for many years and echo what the other reviewers have said: he is the most honest, kind and genuinely caring mechanic (person?) I've ever met. He is always up-front about the work that needs to be done, suggests lower-cost alternatives if there are any, and doesn't try to get you to buy things you don't really need (like literally every other mechanic/dealership). As a young female I'm always worried that I'll be taken advantage of at places like this, but not here. I feel 100% comfortable and always fully understand what the problem is and the work that needs to be done, thanks to Tony, and my car runs like a dream. He has done brakes, alternators, and other regular maintenance. He does what is necessary and doesn't over sell. He is quick and responsive. Most recently I've had two great experiences. 1: About 6 months after doing the brakes on my civic, there was a squealing and I asked him to check. He found that debris had gotten into one of the brakes and fixed it complimentary even though there's no evidence that that couldn't have happened independently of the job he had just done a few months before. 2: my wife recently broke down on the side of the highway and Les was able to fix the alternator and battery within a day, which was really appreciated as my wife relies heavily on the van with our 4 kids. He is fair with prices and I am happy with the value of the work. Thanks to the team here.

These guys literally saved my car!…read more First of all, they picked it up from the detail shop it was at for me-no charge-and inspected it for oil leakage. They alerted me to what was essentially a hemorrhage of oil coming from several potential sources. Had they not, my engine would have seized on the highway somewhere for sure. Furthermore, the details and specifics they provided me made sure I would be able to effectively fight with Hyundai to cover the $4000 warranty work Hyundai didn't want to cover. Those details were essential in my argument. The car had 94K miles on it and a 100K mile warranty. And I just finished paying it off. Also, we had them do a full safety inspection on my MIL's older car, and they let us know there were NO ISSUES whatsoever and charged us nothing. Who does that? Also, one time they were concerned my oil filter wasn't seated properly, and they didn't have my number, so someone from the shop drove to my house to let me know so they could properly reseat the filter. I send my entire extended family to LSC. They make and honor timely appointments. They are not alarmists and provide timely notices of future work that needs to be done: filters, brakes, tires, etc. They are not opportunists like many other repair shops. They are good guys with a welcoming attitude and they have never disappointed me or anyone I have sent there.
