I visited Jiffy Lube in Leominster after going to my usual Valvoline, where they told me they were out of oil and I could buy it and bring it back. Instead I went to Jiffy Lube and got incredible, over the top service. I learned that Valvoline had been just bending back my skid plate, rather than removing it to change my oil for the last two years, unknown to me. The team at Jiffy Lube went above and beyond to tell me about the issue, the solution, and offer their help. They were friendly, not condescending or patronizing, quick, and attentive. I was thrilled with the service despite the annoying news about my car. I'll never go back to Valvoline and will always seek out Jiffy Lube in Leominster or elsewhere. I got the oil changed yesterday in my dodge minivan They had more help than needed but that explains the cost. I was the only customer at that time. But that's probably one of the hardest things about running a business like that you need the help on hand so I appreciate that what I don't appreciate is the aftersell that's always going on in these places They showed me my air filter as dirty That's not dirty They said Dodge recommended that I have the rear differential serviced at the particular mileage I have I have a front wheel drive minivan Do they know what a rear differential is? Outstanding - thanks to Brian who handled my car personally over two days. Went for an oil change... agreed to tire rotation .... the rear break caliber bleed spigot broke off due to rush (not Jiffy's fault - car is old). Brian immediately called around to try to locate the parts for me at day's end - two nearby parts stores didn't have them handy - understandable... But I rebooked with Brian... but before I left, he wiped out my charges except for the oil change... so I asked about headlight restoration. WOW - Brian personally went and did it.... like night and day - WONDERFUL improvement and so happy I asked. Went back two days later - switched out the rear calipers. Sat in the lobby while the work was performed -- was a pleasant and quiet experience -- got alot of work done while Brian oversaw the job. I ended up here because the Ayer Jiffy Lube is closed for renovations. I hedged about going to Leominster but VERY VERY glad I did. Thank you Brian! read more

Always come here for my oil changes and other vehicle maintenance needs. Wait is minimal because they are efficient. They will review other services my car may need and costs but never pressure me. They also check to see what coupons or saving are currently available so I can get the best price which I appreciate. Staff is always friendly and professional. I went there because I was due for a oil change and to get my the car ready for the winter. I was the only car there, and usually I would leave the car outside and the employees would drive it in. This time I was told to pull in it myself and there was one person in front of me and one to the side. They were giving different directions, with one saying come on straight and the other telling me to turn to the right. It made me uncomfortable for me since there were several employees standing there. As far as the work was concerned, I was very pleased, although the bill was higher than I anticipated, the car now runs and sounds great. read more

So two of the people doing the oil change were very great. Greg and Kim were awesome. Give them a raise! On the other hand, the older guy Brian was completely disrespectful. I don't complain to any company's about anything. But he was a really rude guy and needs to be taught customer service. I work in customer service and I have so much patience for my customers and treat them with respect. He needs to be like talked to. Complete jerk. The other two were great and very nice! Like I said, this is my first time getting really pissed off and complaining about anything ever. Complete asshole that guy was. Would have been 5 stars if he wasnt working today. read more

I would give this 0 stars if I could.. I have never been to Jiffy Lube before. My husband and I decided to give it a try for a quick oil change. I just want to know one thing.... Since when does an oil change cost $73.00 on a 2014 NISSAN ALTIMA???? Your staff at the Jiffy Lube in Leominster, MA are frauds. They told my husband he needed a special oil for his vehicle. Not knowing the difference (we are not mechanics - agreed because your "expert" said so and we trust the experts). Once done, billed us $73.00. A 73.00 bill on a normal oil change that took 12 minutes. We have always been billed $36.00 for this same service. This is outrageous. I have checked all his other maintenance records and not once has a dealer ever told us we needed a "special" oil change. I am not saying Jiffy Lube is a bad company, I am saying this staff at the Leominster, MA location are liars, deceitful and we will be sure to tell everyone we know NEVER to go here. read more

Just short of thievery My son had his oil changed here in May. He gave them the $10 off coupon, and was still charged the full price of $73 and change. When he pointed this out, they re-charged him for the lower price, telling him they would credit his account the $73. Come July, he had not received his credit. He went in a second time 5 weeks later with a bank statement, and they told him it would take an additional 2-3 additional weeks. I went in 10 days later when the credit still was not applied, and was told it would be sent to the regional manager. Of course, they would not give me the regional managers last name or phone number; Gregg told me it was a one way communication and I would have to wait for Derek to contact me. After threatening to call the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney Generals office, I was given the number of the home office in TEXAS. After multiple calls and conversations, The credit was finally given - for the LOWER AMOUNT of $63 and change. Thus, they never even applied the coupon. Incredibly poor business practice, bordering on outright thievery. Avoid at all costs - you've lost our business permanently. read more

Saturday afternoon I knew it will be busy at other places for an oil change. Walmart had a 5 hour wait but $30 cheaper. Sears had 2.5 hr. wait and was $20 cheaper. Also those places an oil change will take an hour or even more. I decided to go to Jiffy Lube in Leominster because I knew there is usually no wait time. But I did not realize they have high prices now as compared to years ago the last time when I went there. They were always known to be half the price of their competitors. I know the stigma that folks have with them such as a vehicle leaking afterwards or a stripped drain plug. But that is a chance you take anywhere anyways. Even high tech highly trained educated mechanics can make mistakes too. Since I have been making plans for an oil change for weeks now but being short on time and Saturday was the best time Jiffy Lube was it. Be for warned, prices are high now there but then there is no wait time so I guess that is their new pitch. You are paying for the convenience of no waiting. And just because they are quick does not mean that is bad. Folks that do their own oil changes do it in about 15 minutes too. Will I go back, probably not, I will just go to my personal mechanic and get an oil change for $20 (C&M in Fitchburg). He is certified to do service maintenance on all makes and models. But I guess for the soccer moms out there (there was one there with me in the waiting room) I guess it works for them. As for other services prices are still high for tire rotation, etc. If they would go back to their prices that they were known for years ago they would get more stars. read more

I went in to this location on June 1, 2017 during the lunch hour of 1-2 for a routine oil change. The technician asked if I would like my air pressure checked. I unfortunately agreed to this service. They informed me that my driver's side rear tire had a broken valve, which I opted not to fix at this time. I returned to work which is approximately 2 miles from the store with no issues. After work I returned home to Fitchburg where my car was parked in my drive way. This morning when I went to my car to leave for work I was upset to find that my PASSENGER SIDE rear tire was completely flat. I then had to rush to find work coverage as I was the opener and find a way to get myself to work, and my car to be fixed. I called the store as soon as they were open to ask for some compensation and the manager told me it was not their fault because there was a broken valve. I informed them it was not the same tire and they were the last ones to touch my car. The manager still refused any blame in the matter stating that I could have run over something and there was no proof it was them. I find it very unlikely that on the day after I brought my car to Jiffy Lube I suddenly have a flat tire. More likely the cause was from their inattentiveness to my tires or my car ran over something in their garage. You could not pay me enough to return to Jiffy Lube. read more
