I need to state that I'd used this shop off and on for minor service on a Japanese luxury car which was 15 years old. My opinion soured b/c I asked them for a control arm replacement price estimate, and went to a Lexus shop a few months later and they claimed the work done was inferior-using glue on points of mounting (rather than Lexus bushings or OEM compliant parts). When I thought to give them another chance on a minor issue a year or so later, the guy who wrote up the last service goes "oh you asked us for repairs and then you went elsewhere", chiding me! I replied "I have the right to get estimates" (I didn't tell him their work was inferior on the prior job they'd done). He just walked off, and I told myself never to go there again. IF you do go there, make sure you insist on original equipment mf. parts (brake pads, all the bits)..but of course I'd recommend not going.

I came here on a Saturday morning and went straight to the car that I've been wanting. Rudy approached me and introduced himself. He was very friendly and offered me a no pressure type of service. When I found out what the price is for the car, I had to get it. We went inside and filled out some paperwork and applied for a loan. I was surprised how quick (45 mins) it took a bank to offer me a loan. After accepting the loan, Rudy went lower on the car price with out me asking him to go lower. I purchased the car on Saturday and was able to pick it up on Monday evening. If my insurance was open on Saturday, I could of drove the car home on the same day. Overall experience, great customer service, very friendly staffs (they offered me some of their lunch that they all had ordered haha), fair price and very helpful.

Called Rob told him about the situation was told to bring it to my Mechanic to have it fixed and he would just pay for the service. I drive another hour back up to his dealership for payment and he tried to low ball me telling me he wouldn't pay what I had payed the mechanic for the services. After arguing back and forth I finally got payment minus 50 bucks for whatever reason. At this point I just wanted to be done with him. Let's get to the current date have had a car since last November with a chronic idling issue that was told was a mass airflow sensor. Have *Now put in New spark plugs and ignition coils mass airflow sensor. And taken it to the dealership for services as I purchased a warranty through him. Still unable to resolve this issue warranty has been "" dicking me around. Lost my vehicle for almost 3 weeks with no spare had to pay in a pocket for a car that I didn't even own for three months and had had nothing but issues with it Robhas not tried to resolve. So I'm pretty sure they sell lemons. Really think before you buy something there they seem super super nice and don't get me wrong I spent hours talking to Rob we talked about family kids his wife he seemed like a really nice guy but at the end of the day I'm short 20 grand for a car with a warranty that's still sitting in the dealership.

I went to buy a vehicle from them, they assured me everything was in good condition and the car was ready to be sold, I drove two and half hours with my mother. When we got there the car looked okay visually and ran okay, if you weren't mechanically inclined then you'd never know you're being sold a piece of junk. They fix and clean the cars just enough to run well and look okay to secure the sale. Car had a cracked exhaust just behind the muffler that was barely hanging on, the ac didn't work and the compressor was completely broken and seized, the belt was sliding right over the seized pulley. The front headlight was out. The central exhaust gasket just after the cat was not even a proper gasket used on an exhaust system, still not sure what the gasket thing they used was but it was not meant for an exhaust. Air filter into the engine looked like it was 6-7 years old and there was an interior panel missing that covered the fuse box. And to put the cherry on top, there was an absolutely catastrophic oil leak, the entire bottom of the engine was dripping in oil. They assured me everything worked well and there were no leaks and no issues at all with the car just for me to drive and see a complete piece of junk that at best needed $5k of work.
