(The toilet has been having intermittent issues and needs replacement.) They immediately connected with me and offered to come out the same day (but I still had not gotten the new toilet.) We scheduled for the day after, and they were here by the promised time. The team quickly removed their shoes at the front door without being asked (not my general experience with many repair teams) and started working. They finished almost precisely at 90 minutes despite a minor complication. (The basement/toilet drain was not draining well which they augered out.) It was explained to me that it was likely a combination of time and a 20-year-old toilet (which did not generate enough force). Other than minimal dust and grime, they did not leave any bigger messes for me to clean up. They were professional, and their price was well aligned with other companies. They did not sell me on any additional service plans but did guarantee their service for a year. (There is a 4% for credit card transactions.)

R&R, from what I have heard, is a great plumbing company. But, they are not a great HVAC company. They replaced my AC/heat pump with only an AC unit. They did not understand the HVAC setup in the house and assumed the heat pump was not needed. They did this work in early June 2024, and as the weather is getting cold, their mistakes are becoming apparent. I have no heat on my second floor. As we were getting the work done in June, they were incredibly poor at communication. There were no words on when they were coming to do the work. And, their receptionist was curt and bordering on rude. I do not recommend R&R for HVAC. But, I've heard they're good at plumbing. 2.5 stars
