What should have been a straightforward job turned into a frustrating mess due to his incompetence and unprofessionalism. First, he ordered far more flooring material than necessary, showing poor planning from the start. Then, due to his lack of skill in cutting and fitting, he wasted a significant amount of that excess material. To make matters worse, he didn't even bother removing the old flooring--he just laid the new one directly on top. This raised the floor height unnecessarily, and instead of correcting the issue, he trimmed the bathroom door to make it fit. His work on the baseboards was equally sloppy. He clearly lacks the basic ability to measure and cut accurately, and he even managed to damage my drywall in the process. When I saw the poor quality of the job, I refused to pay until he corrected everything--which, thankfully, I insisted on before handing over any money. If you've already hired him, do not pay until all work is completed to your satisfaction. And if you haven't yet--do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. I would never hire Zach again.

He finished half of the job and did not come back after he took the money more than what he deserves. He came back to finish the work but he wants to come when all the material are ready. What happend is I have partial of the material which I can pay him for the job he can only finished. He only wants to get all the money we agreed for all the jobs he will be doing for me. So he did not come back to finish the job and I learned my lesson. Do not hire somebody who cannot stand on what he said he promised and do not pay him the full amount until he finished the job.
