Supposed to be a medium rare steak. Definitely not medium rare.

Never again!! They gave me a cold cheesesteak, gave my child a cold hot dog, and my grandmothers prime rib made WRONG both times. Didn't offer anything to compensate. Had to wait 15 more minutes for food !! Our waiter was very rude and inconsiderate. Didn't offer sides when I ordered both children meals but offered the table next to us. I will not be returning here at all !

We stopped in here early on a Thursday. This place is worth a visit. The service was great!! This visit I had a Cajun Cheeseburger it was very tasty. My husband had a Hot Beef Sandwich with mashed sweet potatoes topped with butter and brown sugar.(very good!) Our food came out quickly. I have also had a crab cake sandwich here that was good. They do have a Happy Hour here during the week with reduced drink prices. We will definitely be stopping back again!!

Looks out of business! It was a dump anyway! Food was lousy. Menu was only basic bar food.

I live their line dancing nights and chicken fries. They also have good catering deals.

I learned later that this restaurant has been around since the early to mid 1900's. Plenty of parking in a large open lot. The place is very large and has one of the longest bars I've seen. The wood is very dark and you can see the chefs cooking over the hearth. They don't take reservations and won't see you until your entire party is there. One of the things I liked for our party of 10 was they had no problems with seating as they also have many large round tables. For mixed drinks, they make them pretty big and potent. For my martini, they sent back an extra glass. They also had great bleu cheese stuffed olives. We ordered onion rings (8 large to an order) and fried zucchini. The onion ring I had was pretty good. I didn't have the fried zucchini but heard it was also pretty good. Other than the light fare items, all dinners come with their salad bar which has both iceberg lettuce and Caesar Salad along with many fixings as well as cheeses and bread. I had the Baked Seafood Platter which came with scallops, shrimp, Clam Casino (without the shell), Maryland crab cake and a small lobster tail for $49.99. My wife had the baked chicken breast which she said was quite dry. The dining area is quite large and reminds me of the restaurants at a casino. Some in our group said it reminds them of Medieval Times due to the dark wood vibe. While I thought it was a bit pricey, I would still come back and try their signature steaks or prime rib.

The salad bar is classic: Caesar salad, iceberg, blue cheese, bacon bits, etc. Meet family here for a fancy night out, and it was a blast. Service was good. Portions are generous, so be prepared for leftovers. We had steak and eggs for breakfast the next day. Big steaks, big baked potatoes, unlimited salad. Come hungry. Good to know: It is a splurge. Also, they won't stay you until the entire party is there. We waited at the bar for everyone to arrive, where one cocktail was more than enough for me. You definitely get your money's worth, and you should not drive afterward. (I did not.)

We found this place because I was looking for somewhere I could get a beer and walk out and around the town of Jim Thorpe (I believe they allow it here). But ended up staying for the vibes and plus we were super hungry. I wish I remembered our waitresses name but I believe she had pink in her hair. She allowed me and my girlfriend to sample some beers that she thought we would like because we were hesitant and what to order. We got the sangria sour beer and the white ale which were perfect for us. We also saw online that everyone loved the smash burger so we had to try it. We added truffle fries for 3 dollars which was so worth it. Some of the best fries we have ever had. Also I think we decided it was the best smash burger we have ever had. We both have never tried bacon jam and we were a bit hesitant about the pimento cheese as well. I think my favorite moment from this trip was sitting at the bar here and eating this meal. Plus the burger lived up to the hype. Thank you to the waitress we had you made our day!

The Fried Brussels sprouts with balsamic maple glaze are my other favorite appetizer. Best entree is the Burger Bowl, a salad topped with a cheeseburger and French fries. Choose thousand island dressing for the 'Big Mac' flavor. Yum! Rotating house brews are on tap as well as a few staples. We really enjoy Copper, an alt bier and Requiem, the steam beer. They also make some creative seasonal cocktails. The place is handicap accessible, small sidewalk ramp and no steps. For a wheelchair, it's tight getting in and out, as there are two single doors within 6 feet. The servers are friendly and helpful, letting us sample beers and making recommendations. When guests visit, we take them to Copperz and they're always pleasantly surprised.
