I have been here multiple times for manis and pedis. I came in today. I had nice almond shaped nails with gel on. Came in for an another gel manicure. I asked for them to be the same shape But a little bit shorter. The girl doing them messed them up so bad. Crooked, misshaped. Another lady came to "fix them." I paid and I regret it. They're still so bad and back down to nubs that I'm going to have to go somewhere else to get them fixed. I won't be back. read more

Spa pedicure is over $70 with gel removal. I would be happy to pay that if I got a decent result and the entire pedicure wasn't rushed. Had to ask her to correct several things at the end including my big toe which was very obviously uneven and botched. She rushed the entire appointment. Did set timer for the 10 min leg massage but was also doing other things during that time, including getting up to get other supplies. Just not relaxing and the result isn't good... this gel will likely chip in a week or two. I've tried this location a few times and I want it to be better due to the convenient location but I'm usually disappointed. read more

I went in and had a manicure done on a Friday by Sunday my nails look terrible so that Tuesday I went in and talked to someone and they said that I shouldn't expect a manicure to last over three days and she charged me $12 to do a polish change. The nails this time did not even last two days. This is the second time I've gone to this salon and they are very rude and they do a terrible job. read more

They took so many steps to ensure safety and cleanliness, and the spa pedicure was the best I have ever had, hands down. My manicure (no-chip) is literally flawless. Worst pedicure EVER!!! Literally "scrubbed" my feet up one side, down the other and that's it. My feet were still very much rough and ashy afterwards. Cuticle cutting was the laziest job ever. Even my cuticles was ashy and hard. I go every 2, maybe 3 weeks getting a regular pedi, by far, this is the worst I've ever experienced. Highly would NOT RECOMMEND read more

Just know that the$25 pedicure is basically having your nails cut and painted and not much else. I had a pedicure about 3 weeks ago at this facility. I have never in my life had a fungus on my toes until now. I am sick over this trying to get rid of it. Not to be gross but all 9 toes are fine luckily accept a 10th. Third toe, the whole nail came off, it is so gross. I had hurt my back & couldn't give myself one as I usually do. They were very nice there & had a positive experience, until the fungus, very upsetting. Would not recommend this facility. read more

Would never go back again! I had an appointment with Jason and I waited at least 20 min for him to finish up with a customer. When I make an appointment, I don't want to wait when I get there.... that's the purpose of making an appointment!!!! When he finally got to me, he rushed through my mani and pedi... so aggravating!! Lastly, he filed my nails (on top) so much it made them very thin and frail so the majority of my nails cracked within a week and a half. I have been to this salon before and have always gotten good service. I usually get the spa pedicure and manicure. Today I only wanted a pedicure, and I received the worst pedicure ever. The technician did not offer to turn on the massage chair, she used a preused file, and she went through the routine with minimal effort. It barely took her 12 minutes to do the job. I was very disappointed. At first I thought I would be charged less for a basic pedicure, but she charged the full $25. I usually tip 20%, but not today. read more

I was just there to get a pedicure that I had made an appointment for a week or two beforehand because my mom is visiting me from out of town. I sat down and Young asked me if I wanted the "special" which was a discounted spa pedicure, but still $20 more than a regular pedicure. I told her that I was just going to stick to the regular pedicure, and she spent a whole 3 minutes on my feet before draining the water and going to paint my toes. I've gotten many pedicures in my life and this was the shortest one I've ever experienced. The thing they use to scrub your feet, she used the lightest pressure she could and did it for about 10 seconds each foot. The scrub they do on your feet and legs, same thing. She was purposely being rude and giving a shitty pedicure because I didn't get the more expensive one that she wanted me to get. I was really disappointed because the previous time that I got a pedicure here, the man that seems like he is in charge did it and it was the best pedicure of my life, which is why I insisted on bringing my mom back with me on her short visit out here. When you work 50 hours a week and a good pedicure is what you're looking forward to on your one day off, this is the LAST thing I would recommend spending $25 on. However, today i went to get my eyebrows waxed and I currently have burns on my face due to the waxing. The person doing it also did not remove all the stray hair and shaped them completely differently. My face usually gets red from waxing, but it is currently peeling. Although the salon looks nice when you walk in, their service and quality is just awful. I paid $45 for just a basic pedicure. Period. According to their "specials' sheet, i was suppose to receive a full spa pedicure (where they exfoliate the bottom of feet), a free paraffin wax for hands, and a 10 min chair massage. I was never taken to the chair at all, never received the paraffin wax, and my feet look way worse than when I walked in! The nail polish has chipped in one day, and the skin is all rough on the bottom. I wish I never went to this place! I will never return nor recommend them to anyone. Tonight, it was bad. I have been here previously and it was okay and expensive. It has a good review in town as far as where everyone goes.Running very behind for making an appointment hours in advance. I waited 25 minutes to sit in the pedicure chair. The man was not polite and it was rushed. I felt my business and money was not valued. I paid more than 1$ a minute considering how quickly he was finished with my pedicure. In all 15 minutes... It was not relaxing. He spent more time cleaning his glasses mid pedicure than performing any of the steps. The hot towel on my legs lasted less than 3 seconds (I counted considering I knew in the middle that it was not good service). At the end, I went to the desk to speak to the "manager" and told him that it was not good. His response was "ok". I will not be returning in the future.
