Instantly, Linda and her team were welcoming and helpful and committed to helping me save money throughout this process.. So we moved through possible fixes to ensure they were just altering what I needed. They worked so fast and beautifully. In a day of panic where a nearby cleaners service ripped my dress--on a Monday when they are closed, Linda happened to be there (thank you, Jesus!) and hugged me as I cried of stress over this rip. Was told that a pair of elastic in some shorts would be $15, upon pickup was charge $36. She claimed she never gave me a price...not true. Then upon inspection, someone stuck a pin in the silk shorts creating a hole that was attempted to be remedied by steaming it. The hole now sags and looks like a pull. The entire band is sloppy and the elastic already popped. Asking them to remedy the situation was almost comical, staring at a customer blankly is not a suitable response to any issues. I strongly caution anyone taking their garments there unless you prefer to be treated oddly and overcharged for a potentially damaged item.

And Semra has plenty of this. I have been to her twice for three items. One was an uncomplicated hemming and was on the more expensive side, but she had it done in 2-3 hours. The other was a complicated hemming and cuffing of pants and complicated work on an overcoat. The job was down within a week and was absolutely reasonably priced. The work was flawless. Basically, if you are coming to her to sew on a button, it's going to be on the expensive side. If you come to her for complicated work, she is going to do a great job, for a great price, for a reasonable price. Also, for what it's worth, she has always been very pleasant and nice with me!
