On 5th day I call to hear the same and I tell her don't touch my bike I will pick it up after work. She says she needs to check and see if its been started being worked on. Well Im right down the rd .. 5 min away I ride over and see my bike outside untouched. Ok at 4pm she calls saying oh yeah he's been working on it and my cables showed up. I leave work and stop over and see he pulled the cover off my fairing. 5 min work after being told don't touch it. So now my trip is planned and leaving Friday. Ok.. call 2 days later on Friday. He's on it, just yours to get it done. Ok. I call at 5 pm she says he's on it I don't like bugging him. Ok I get packed up and go over and see my bike the same way but just on a lift. Nothing but the fairing cover off. I try my best to hold my anger. So leave and call sat at 12pm. He's almost done she says. Call at 3pm no answer. Call at 4 no answer. Go up at 5 the dude in back is bitching saying Im rushing him. I ask when will it be done. Says he will call. Ok. Sat comes and around 5 pm And leave a message of well guess I paid for a room at blessing of the bikes in baldwin for nothing. 9pm they call saying my bikes done but ignition isn't because of no key but come get it.. I go up with my trailer. Takes me 20 min to arrive from drive time. I have 2 calls from them saying they wanna go home to hurry. I pull up in the back and see them with my bike. I help them install my ignition. Yeah. I had to do it.. then start my bike up and she comes standing in front of my bike holding the handlebars telling me I need to pay the bill of $1600. Yeah double the quote due to cables.. UNREAL!!!. Then the argument starts cause I can't even test ride my bike. My truck and trailer are there. So after listening to her bitching. Cussing. I figured I pay over going to jail she starts walking off I yell and say where's my receipt. She says she needs a pen and goes out the front door and left me without anything. Then 2 days go bye with rain and I take my bike for a ride. My new exhaust falls off. He didn't tighten or use lock tight on the bolts he removed to install my clutch cable. Then my clutch handle isn't working properly. Sticking everything I squeezed it closed. My front brakes are leaking. Its unreal.. I call and she answers and starts off with (YOUR THE POS FUCKER TALKING SHIT THE OTHER DAY. IM NOT DOING SHIT BUT CHARGING YOU TO REPAIR THE ISSUES. SAYING MY CABLE STRETCHED SO YOU WILL PAY. I TOLD HER WE'RE GOING TO COURT AND HUNG UP.. AND YES I HAVE ALL THIS RECORDED.. THEN THE GUY FROM THE BACK. HE CALLS TO START SAYING I DONE THIS AND THAT THOUSANDS OF TIMES. Got excited, started it up and was EXACTLY the same. They charged me 1000.00 for nothing. Obviously I wasn't happy, asked them what they did, they lied and said it was running, they said they took it for test drive. When I picked it up, the woman running it was drunk. Demanded to talk to Mechanic, he came out from behind building, drunk as well, with a friend. I believe they were on drugs, as well. DON'T EVER EVER TAKE YOUR BIKE THERE.. Definitely, looking into this further, hopefully the owner has some knowledge and class, to fix problem.. If he was the owner, they need to be shut down.. PERIOD

He spent so much time over the weekend answering my questions and making sure everything was perfect. I picked up the bike which he prepared to be fully woods safe and legal and did it in 24 hours. **UPDATE*** After…read morethe initial sale... things just kept getting worse. They sold me a used bike with only one key and never told me there wasn't a spare. After I asked about it, they told me they could order another for me... but I'd have to pay for it (lame). I said okay, but they never got the KTM registration card from the previous owner, so they couldn't order another one. Ok, great! I asked if they could help out because when I call KTM, they said I would have to go through the dealer. After numerous attempts of asking my sales rep for help--nothing. After 5 or 6 attempts, I got tired of asking. So, I'm stuck with one key. Hope I never lose it! Another thing that sucks... Trojan claims that their used bikes go under inspection. However, when I got the bike there was an issue with the brake squeaking loudly when stopping. Turns out a pad needed to be fixed. The horn was also not working. So, they sold a used bike to me without even know the horn was shot? Which leads me to believe nothing was inspected and there could have been many things wrong or broken. They were cool enough to come pick up the bike and fix it for me after the sale. Wish it would have been taken care of before! Unfortunately upon delivery of the bike, I had new scratches on the tail that were NOT there prior. Assuming it's from the strap used to secure the bike in their truck during transportation to and from the dealership. The scratches are on both sides of the tail, exactly where a strap would sit. Never said anything to me. If they would have offered to fix it, I wouldn't be updating this review to a one star. But here we are. I also had asked them to email me a copy of my previous bikes odometer statement. I traded in my used bike... and instead of paying off the loan balance for me, they made me contribute $500... just to get more of my money. Since $5,400k for the used KTM wasn't enough. LOL! I said screw it because I was already at the dealership coming from an hour away. And I planned on getting a refund on my old warranty that could help cover that loss. After a few emails back and forth, I never got the copy of the statement. Frustrating sequence of events. Wouldn't do business with these guys again. If you want to buy a motorcycle, here's my advice: buy from a private seller. You'll get a better deal and more honesty.

not sure how this place is still in business. our go kart was there for over a month and when it…read morewas finally ready he gave us a price over the phone, then after test driving it brought the price up $115. when we asked him to break down the cost and the work he did he just walked away and became extremely rude. told him we'd leave the amount of the initial price we were givin and load the kart in the truck. he then called the police on us. the police arrived and the situation took over an hour to dispute. bill did numerous things that weren't asked to be done, and weren't necessary and he was so unorganized he couldn't determine which invoices belonged to us and which were for others. i could go on and on about why i will never be back nor ever refer any one to this horrible "establishment" but overall its very unprofessional and bill doesn't know a thing about costumer service.
