Scammers…read more110% Caught red handed several times for one friggin job, which they had to redo because of their installation, so instead they called Monroe and said they gave them bad parts and got new ones. That's Monroe's loss because the reason the struts were no good was because they left the giant stickers across the top of them and they couldn't seat to the car. I drove my sister an hour on the freeway twice with the car like this, steering all unsteady. They even tried to fake it like they fixed the struts and called me begging to get the car which I couldn't, only to call the next morning and found out it wasn't pulled in until then. So he was trying (desperately) to get me to pick up the car, (I'm sure with they had cut the stickers out, because it had never entered the shop yet. They put the struts in the next day when they arrived. Had I picked up my car Mike would have made up a story about me picking up my car I am sure and kept the brand new struts from Monroe, hoping I wouldn't notice in the few days left I had in my warranty that the car was still unstable. There was also a very serious problem with the rear axle which I know they had their hands on to put shocks on but they didn't mention it to me because they Cherry picked their work. This is how I first met Mike at the telegraph location. I have worked on cars at home, I'm aware of how much shops charge, and asked him for a quote. It was so long ago I don't remember specifically it might been a hub, but I recognize an "I don't want to do it" price when I see it. Later it turned out it cost half of what he had quoted me being the point. So I already knew the telegraph location was sketchy then they moved the sketchy guy to the Ecorse location so that makes me think that they're all sketchy and I'm done with them and I think anyone should be warned the same.

This is the most unprofessional shop, looks pretty shady, and finally pathological liars. I came in for a simple service for my car and to make sure everything is alright. But it turned into a nightmare. I can hear the employees not wanting to work and even telling customers false information, I'm no mechanic but I do a lot of work with service shops and I am a car enthusiast myself. To tell a customer they need to change their fuel pump to be able to get more life out of the oil as well as fixing a thermostat doesn't seem pretty fair. Also telling customers that oil changes may take up to 3 hours to get done? Ridiculous. DO NOT COME HERE PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF! Someone needs to come in this place of business and make some big changes.

On 5th day I call to hear the same and I tell her don't touch my bike I will pick it up after work. She says she needs to check and see if its been started being worked on. Well Im right down the rd .. 5 min away I ride over and see my bike outside untouched. Ok at 4pm she calls saying oh yeah he's been working on it and my cables showed up. I leave work and stop over and see he pulled the cover off my fairing. 5 min work after being told don't touch it. So now my trip is planned and leaving Friday. Ok.. call 2 days later on Friday. He's on it, just yours to get it done. Ok. I call at 5 pm she says he's on it I don't like bugging him. Ok I get packed up and go over and see my bike the same way but just on a lift. Nothing but the fairing cover off. I try my best to hold my anger. So leave and call sat at 12pm. He's almost done she says. Call at 3pm no answer. Call at 4 no answer. Go up at 5 the dude in back is bitching saying Im rushing him. I ask when will it be done. Says he will call. Ok. Sat comes and around 5 pm And leave a message of well guess I paid for a room at blessing of the bikes in baldwin for nothing. 9pm they call saying my bikes done but ignition isn't because of no key but come get it.. I go up with my trailer. Takes me 20 min to arrive from drive time. I have 2 calls from them saying they wanna go home to hurry. I pull up in the back and see them with my bike. I help them install my ignition. Yeah. I had to do it.. then start my bike up and she comes standing in front of my bike holding the handlebars telling me I need to pay the bill of $1600. Yeah double the quote due to cables.. UNREAL!!!. Then the argument starts cause I can't even test ride my bike. My truck and trailer are there. So after listening to her bitching. Cussing. I figured I pay over going to jail she starts walking off I yell and say where's my receipt. She says she needs a pen and goes out the front door and left me without anything. Then 2 days go bye with rain and I take my bike for a ride. My new exhaust falls off. He didn't tighten or use lock tight on the bolts he removed to install my clutch cable. Then my clutch handle isn't working properly. Sticking everything I squeezed it closed. My front brakes are leaking. Its unreal.. I call and she answers and starts off with (YOUR THE POS FUCKER TALKING SHIT THE OTHER DAY. IM NOT DOING SHIT BUT CHARGING YOU TO REPAIR THE ISSUES. SAYING MY CABLE STRETCHED SO YOU WILL PAY.
