I called to make an appointment, and right from the beginning, I was impressed with how friendly and professional they were. They were flexible and were willing to accommodate my schedule. Carl, the owner and primary mechanic was pleasant and knowledgeable, and answered all my questions without making me feel like he was rushed. I appreciate that. He even pointed out a couple of items that needed attention at my next visit, but I never felt he was trying to pad the bill and do unneeded repairs. Yesterday, Carl installed new tires and changed the brake fluid. Again, everything was done professionally, ahead of time, and as promised. Unlike the dealership, Carl did NOT scratch my rims - Thanks, Carl!!! And thanks, also to Fran in the front office who handles calls and makes appointments; she is a definite asset to the business. They said it was the fluid that I supplied (Royal Purple) that caused the problem. They said they were to busy to fix the car it would be a couple of weeks. They called me to pick the car up and told me to bring it back when they weren't so busy after it sat in there shop for about a week and a half.. I decided to take to another shop. They told me that the gears were not setup right and was not the fluid. I called Haas and told them what the other shop said and tried to get some of the my money back, Just the labor of $ 450.00 (I did supply the parts (Ford racing). Scammers…read more110% Caught red handed several times for one friggin job, which they had to redo because of their installation, so instead they called Monroe and said they gave them bad parts and got new ones. That's Monroe's loss because the reason the struts were no good was because they left the giant stickers across the top of them and they couldn't seat to the car. I drove my sister an hour on the freeway twice with the car like this, steering all unsteady. They even tried to fake it like they fixed the struts and called me begging to get the car which I couldn't, only to call the next morning and found out it wasn't pulled in until then. So he was trying (desperately) to get me to pick up the car, (I'm sure with they had cut the stickers out, because it had never entered the shop yet. They put the struts in the next day when they arrived. Had I picked up my car Mike would have made up a story about me picking up my car I am sure and kept the brand new struts from Monroe, hoping I wouldn't notice in the few days left I had in my warranty that the car was still unstable. There was also a very serious problem with the rear axle which I know they had their hands on to put shocks on but they didn't mention it to me because they Cherry picked their work. I can hear the employees not wanting to work and even telling customers false information, I'm no mechanic but I do a lot of work with service shops and I am a car enthusiast myself. To tell a customer they need to change their fuel pump to be able to get more life out of the oil as well as fixing a thermostat doesn't seem pretty fair. Also telling customers that oil changes may take up to 3 hours to get done? Ridiculous. DO NOT COME HERE PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF!
