I mainly worked with Jeff throughout the purchase process of my R1250GS and it was a breeze, but even when I called and Jeff wasn't in or busy, the other staff went above and beyond to help me with my matter. Thank you BMWMSEM! Cannot wait to get my next BMW motorcycle, however I think I'll have this amazing machine for a while.

I bought a 2011 s1000RR From this dealership May 2022, The bike had a leaky stator cover and chain…read moretensioner. oil leaking only while riding. Screws rattling loose. My dealer Raina assured me this Motorcycle was inspected and serviced but said that service would take care of me. they had my bike for a month after buying and told me it was fixed. They didn't charge me a dime, They took a month to apply spray RTV that faded in 1 wash Nothing else was addressed. I eventually found out that this bike has a completely different engine from a 2013 s1000RR. NEVER disclosed this info to me the buyer at all. I returned the bike to service this April because the kickstand screws were stripped, not staying in, engine leaking oil again onto my back tire, tensioner leaking again there was a missing bolt that goes through the frame, an entire engine mount bushing was missing from the frame (extremely unsafe) and I wasn't willing to ride it again until it was fixed. they obviously never serviced this bike or even inspected it. All of this should have never been an issue from the day I bought it. Upon returning to pick up my motorcycle the dealership said it was finished, this time they fixed everything that was suppose to get done when my dealer handled it. But this time they charged me $1500. I payed the bill reluctantly. Hopped onto my bike and started riding home. Unfortunately to my dismay, my motorcycle didn't sound normal at all. about 10 minutes in, I could hear a serious grinding in my engine case. I called this dealerships service and they had a trailer to my house to pick it back up within the hour. service tells me that these noises are Normal for this bike, I say no way my best friend has the same year bike it's not normal. They tell me that 3 service techs have test driven it and say it's fine. 2 weeks later my cam chain blows on startup. DO NOT TAKE YOUR BABYS TO THIS DEALERSHIP FOR ANY SERVICE NEEDS. They have left me conpletely destroyed.

I used this shop 3 times and each time had an issue…read more First time was for new tires and brakes. For my Triumph Explorer 1250. The Bike came back with the rear tire mounted backwards and on one of the front calipers both bolts were only finger tightened Next time was for a fluids change out of the Triumph Explorer, as well as new tires. This was supposed to take 2 days but took a week. The mechanics had no idea how to change the coolant fluid. They told me I had to find the maintenance manuals for them to do the job. I'm sorry but that's what your job is.. The bike was finally picked up a week later with out the coolant job done. 3rd and final time. I had a repair job for my Thruxton that was laid down. Minor repair work of a scratched tank and a few bolt on items. Mirror, clutch lever, shifter. The clutch wasn't adjusted so the bike wouldn't start (safety sensor) in position 3 or 4 on the clutch lever. The shifter was mounted incorrectly. Lastly the owner talked me into an air injector removal to get more performance. I agreed to do it while the bike was in. The AI removal job was a hack job. He removed the tubes and capped the taps but left the MAF sensors and pump sensor unplugged. This lead to a check engine light on that won't go out. Resistors need to be added for this to be done correctly. Now the Thruxton is at the dealer having the hack work corrected and overall checked over to make sure nothing else was missed. I can't stress enough what a terrible experience this shop has been each time. Malisa can't keep any timelines she promises and is rude. If you want your bike done right the first time Do Not Go Here!

No business is perfect, but Monroe Motorsports has been serving riders since 1995 and has grown from a small warehouse into one of the largest powersports dealerships in the region. In my experience, the staff has always been willing to answer questions, help find the right things, and work hard to make things right when issues come up. The selection is incredible, with hundreds of motorcycles and vehicles available, which is something you don't find at average dealerships. It's easy to find negative reviews online because unhappy customers are often the most motivated to post. Even discussions online about dealerships point out that review sites tend to attract complaints more than routine positive experiences. If you're shopping for a bike, ATV, sxs, or other powersports vehicle, I'd recommend stopping by Monroe Motorsports and seeing the inventory and staff for yourself before judging based solely on online reviews.

I understand that service work can take time, and I have no issue with reasonable timelines or unexpected delays. However, communication is a critical part of any customer service experience, and that was where this experience fell short. After dropping off my motorcycle, I expected a basic update regarding the status of the work. Instead, I found myself having to call multiple times to check on the progress. On several occasions, it seemed as though staff were too busy to provide updates or follow through on promised callbacks. While I eventually received information regarding my motorcycle, the lack of proactive communication made the process unnecessarily frustrating. The facility itself is impressive, clean, and representative of the Ducati brand. Unfortunately, the customer service experience did not reflect the same level of professionalism. A simple courtesy phone call or email update can make a significant difference in maintaining customer confidence and satisfaction. In any service oriented business, customers should not have to repeatedly reach out for basic status updates. Improved communication and follow up procedures would go a long way toward enhancing the overall customer experience. I hope Ducati Detroit takes this feedback constructively, as the dealership has the potential to provide a service experience that matches the quality and reputation of the motorcycles it sells and supports.
