Well, it was a bit switch and I'm not even sure they installed a new unit. There wasn't none of the typical packing materials in sight and it was a Goodman brand owned by Daikin. It's a lower quality today almost 5 years later. I have a new heat system in my home and the wonderful company AC electric service hold off the old one Dr Cool's company employees put this gigantic heat pump outside the bedroom wall it's not very quiet and the furnace they put in the attic was above my bedroom ceiling isn't rattled and hummed heat or cool lots of sleep disturbances over the last five years! They didn't show up and didn't answer calls. The next day, they finally contacted me claiming they had a "storage theft" and lost all their tools and materials. Financial Instability: I was incredibly patient. I waited while they managed to install one unit, but the second one kept getting delayed. Shockingly, they eventually admitted they didn't have the money to buy the necessary tools to finish the job. Forced "Loan": To get the project finished, I had to pay an additional $6,000 upfront so they could buy tools, with a signed promissory note that they would repay me $500/month. Finally, I got the impression that they were not-so-proactive and unaccustomed to meeting deadlines. This was confirmed when they didn't reply to my follow up for the bid nor even give the bid. Finally I question some of these five star reviews. I think there's some serious issues with folks paying for bot reviews as part of an internet ad service. While I have no direct evidence, I did read the reviews provided and look at the profiles of the reviewers and thought these didn't look or read as authentic. But that's just an opinion...
