My furnace stopped warming the house suddenly. I called around to several businesses, but none could get out same day until All Hi-Tech said they could come out in half an hour. I was very happy to get my furnace working again by noon, it being January and still quite cold outside. The technician was friendly and identified the issue right away (broken ignitor). He had the part in his truck and fixed it. I had him do a tune-up too, since it had been a couple years. He did a great job and was happy to list everything he was doing (which seemed like more than other companies have done in the past). Will use again if necessary. read more

During the repair they left the furnace cover leaning in front of the garage door and it fell onto my car door and left a deep scratch. The entire incident is captured on video. They did not acknowledge the damage, did not communicate it to me, simply picked up the cover and continued working, and later refused to provide proof of insurance or claim information. I asked for the basic next step (insurance/coverage details) so the damage could be handled fairly, and was met with refusal. When I just moved to my house I wasn't able to light the pilot light for both gas fireplaces in the house. I called and made an appointment thinking that something might be broken and need to be replaced. The technician showed up and was able to light up one after cleaning the debris around the pilot light assembly. But instead of telling me that's all I need to do for the second one, he then quickly proceeded upstairs and did the same "fix". After 5 minutes of "repairing", he shamelessly told me I owed him close to $200 for fixing both pilot lights. And before he left, he asked me where my HVAC was, and without even asking for my permission, he slapped on a big advertising sticker of his company on my HVAC. Instead of removing the sticker, I wrote shady and unethical vendor on the sticker to remind myself and any future owner of this house never to use this company again. read more

Stay away from this company! I hired them a summer ago to service my air HVAC and they determined I needed a freon recharge (5.5lbs) and charged me $650+. Didn't mention that these are closed units and they shouldnt be losing freon. Fast forward to this summer and my HVAC is again not blowing cold air so ask them to come take a look. They want to recharge it again and add a $300± leak sealant that they emphasized may not work, but that they can't come investigate the leak for another two months (turns out they only have 1 employee?!?). When asking why they didn't tell me it there was a possible leak, got a bunch of excuses about 'it wasn't me'. I declined the service and then the guy tried to charge me $150 for just coming out to tell me that. I refused to pay as they never mentioned anything about a $150 charge for just coming out. Not going to get screwed over twice. The technician left by telling me something to the effect of if God makes you poor then bla blah something. WTF? Stay away! read more

This company is so focused on customer service it's amazing! At a time when your furnace quits and you're trying to keep your family warm in the winter, you feel like your choices are somewhat limited....and easy prey to be taken advantage of. Not so with All Hi-Tech. They were very responsive and more than fair. Their service techs are not only knowledgeable and polite, they go beyond what would be considered normal service. I had other issues and questions regarding our ducts and he even checked those out before leaving. (I believe his name was Abu and he was excellent!) Other companies quoted a "$99 trip charge" just to have a tech come to our house, and then an additional charge to do diagnostics. When I asked "what's the point in having them come out if they're not going to check my furnace", none of them could explain. However, All Hi-Tech's fee INCLUDES the diagnostics....a substantial savings...and logical. When my repair included the replacement of a circuit board, they had the part in their truck and no additional wait for the fix. The price I was quoted included the installation, so there were no surprises when I got the invoice. I'll be using All Hi-Tech for all of my HVAC needs! read more

They tried to over sell using fear technique like your water tank will leak so it should be replaced. They did a carbon monoxide testing on a Bryant furnace which I later learned from Bob's Heating that those furnaces don't need it. read more

5 star service but 1 star pricing. Faisal was quick to correctly diagnose the problem with my 18 year old Payne Furnace. The blower motor stopped functioning but Faisal determined that it was a bad circuit board. From diagnosis to repair took less than an hour. However, I later started to think the price of $631 for the parts and labor seemed horribly excessive (plus the $99 flat service call rate). If you google 'cost furnace circuit board replaced technician' (as I should have done before accepting the bid) I discovered that price was definitely on the very very high end of typical costs for such a repair for a residential furnace. Upon further investigation, the OEM circuit board part (HK42FZ009) he replaced costs anywhere from $177 to $237 retail (google it). Unfortunately I was not able to get a breakdown by parts and labor for the $631 estimate from him. Total price to replace a $237 circuit board in 1 hour: $631 + $99 service call + tax = $798. BTW, that's about 1/4 the price of a new furnace. Hearing of my experience, my brother-in-law in Kent noted that 2 years ago he also had a bad furnace circuit board on a similar Payne furnace that's only 3 years older than mine and the cost of replacement and labor from the repair service he used totalled $145. Also, after reviewing some Youtube tutorials on replacing a furnace circuit board, I see now that it's not rocket science and I probably could have done it myself easily in an hour. TIP: You may find their diagnosis to be worth the $99 service call since they definitely have the know-how and equipment, but once you know what is the defective part, you may find it much cheaper to purchase and replace the part yourself using Youtube tutorials as your guide. read more

My furnace went out last night. I called in the morning and the repairman came in the afternoon. The repairman identify there is problem with the control board. He said the board might be repairable but it would take too much effort to fix it, and he recommended us to replace the board. He charged $429 for the board that cost $129 from ebay. $300 for the 15 minutes installation is rediculously expensive, not to mentioned diagnosis is charged separately. After all, I appreciated the immediate fix but was disappointed by the way he charged. read more

Our furnace wasn't working properly and in a blink - it was fixed. Yes, it was $129 for the last minute call but he came SAME day at 9:30pm. There is a minimum 1 hr labor charge ($80) but it was worth it to be up and running in this cold spell! About a month or so ago I had to call HITech to service my furnace due to lack of heat, which was during the cold months we had during Feb and March. Thank God Mr. Faisal came over and evaluated my furnace and did the necessary adjustment, and installation of a state of the art thermostat. He came exactly on time as he promised and his fees were very reasonable. Furnace stopped working at 11pm Friday night. We started smelling gas and the pilot wasn't turning on. I sent a txt message to Faisal to see if he could help. He promptly responded and asked me to send a picture of the furnace and then asked me one question and BAM he knew exactly what the problem was. This places was awesome! I was feeling under the weather when the cold started this year. It wasn't even really that cold yet, but it's been getting to me bad the last few days as I'm not feeling well. I called numerous places all of them said they had no way to fit me in for at least a few weeks. When I called All Hi-Tech, they called back a little while. When I gave them my address, he said he had another call nearby in the evening and could stop by if I didn't mind it being a little later. He called about 10:00pm and came over. It was a quick fix. My house is being remodeled and I am admittedly not a handy man. If you got technology issues, that's me. Any case, all of sudden my furnace stops working. I had my general contractor look at it, thinking his vast construction and home remodeling experience would solve the problem. After 2 days without heat, I turned to Yelp. I got an appointment to have a technician come onsite that same day! Now that is prompt, and none of that 2-6 pm crap. He even called to ask if he could come earlier. Upon arriving onsite, Faisil promptly removed his shoes. Nice - since I didn't have to ask. Even though he didn't have to. Within 10 min - he had the core problem solved. And then cleaned the air filter. And recommended a system tune up. Fair prices. I think it was 89$ for diagnosis and then 149$ for the whole tune up. I know you can probably get a groupon but I'll stick with these guys. A furnace replacement apparently costs 5500$ nowadays. Don't want to be "penny wise, pound foolish". Overall, highly recommend these technicians for prompt service, and excellent communication and customer service. read more

We had MM Comfort out and they quoted us $100 for the visit and fixed nothing. then they said they were not really sure what the problem was and recommended 3 separate parts at $550. called All Hi-tech this morning and they came out this afternoon. in 5 minutes they had the heater working with no parts. just some warn contacts on some gizmo. the heater is nearly 20 years old so its probably time to start thinking upgrade. anyway, very courteous and professional and we highly recommend them. read more

Had a 95% american standard gold series installed to replace my old furnace I also quoted around for pricing and these guys offered the most competitive price! A ridiculous story with a happy ending, and it's definitely because of All Hi-Tech. The problem started when I moved into a new house with my boyfriend and 2 cats. One of my cats is very timid and skittish (and NOT OK with people he doesn't know- you'll understand later), but he seemed to be doing OK with the change in scenery- or so I thought. One morning he had figured out how to lift off the air vent covers. This wouldn't have been a problem except the downstairs bathroom had a LOT larger of an opening underneath the cover- instead of curving abruptly like the rest in the house, the air duct just went straight down to our crawl space with a perfect 'cat-sized' plastic tubing.. aka perfect for a curious cat. This is where my nightmare begins. We tried a LOT of different things to get him out although we weren't even 100% sure he was down there because he never meowed, moved about, and no one saw him crawl into the vent. If you are EVER in this situation then feel free to message me for lots of tips on how to get your animal out, but I don't want to make this post ridiculously long explaining all the stuff we tried. Sadly, nothing we tried worked and after 24 hours of him being missing, I finally was losing my cool from worrying so much and from the lack of heat... I turned my heat off the second we thought he was down there and since it was the coldest April in the Puget Sound in my life, the house had already lost about 10-15 degrees. I google'd nearby HVAC companies and All Hi-Tech was one of them. After reading the numerous positive testimonials on the website (especially the one about how they answered before business hours because it was before business hours when I wanted to call), I called and talked to Faisal. Why I am 100% happy with calling All Hi-Tech: -He understood that this was an emergency and made time to stop by my house that afternoon -Even with his slightly evident skepticism of there being a cat in my air ducts without anyone seeing this happen, he remained professional the entire time -After drilling 4 holes into the ducts and finally seeing two green eyes with his camera, he stayed and helped me get the cat out of the air ducts -He endured the deepest cat scratches I have ever seen in my life for catching my cat when he slipped through my hands (See above note about cat hating new people... he turned into Cujo-cat when Faisal grabbed him, minus the whole rabies thing because he's fully vaccinated) -I got 10% off for registering on his website beforehand -The cost was reasonable considering he spent about 2-2.5 hours there, crawling around my crawlspace, breathing in insulation, drilling holes, getting scratched, and then fixing the drilled holes. I have had 2 experiences with All Tech over the past week. In the first case, my Nest thermostat was not able to control my AC. After 3+ hours over 3 days on phone with Nest, we determined that an on site service was necessary, and they gave me several options. Let me note it was the hottest weekend of the year, and i had a house full of guests. They were not able to come out the same day...it was already noon, but they did check with the tech to see if they could possible for me in. Instead they came the next morning, with a reasonable up charge for Saturday call, and got the AC working after rewiring the nest. They noticed my furnace hadn't been serviced in a while (previous company stopped following up) so I scheduled a maintenance. This was the most thorough maintenance my system has ever had. And they explained what they were doing at every step. Abu noticed a problem with my AC compressor, so Faisal will look at that next week. read more

Power outage from a bad windstorm resulted in our rental house's furnace blower motor biting the dust. No heat, bad smell. Our property management company called who they had contracted with, and that happened to be All Hi-Tech. I truthfully had very low expectations, based on the before seen cheapness of the property mgmt company, but I ended up very pleased with the results. We were squeezed into a very busy schedule, and they actually came by when they said they would. Our furnace unfortunately didn't use a common blower motor, so they had to order it in. After one night of strategically placed space heaters, I called to find out the status of the part order. The part had arrived, but they were clearly slammed - undoubtedly as a result of the massive blackout 3 days before. Despite that, they ended up coming out in the early evening as a cold rain began falling. Sure enough the property management company hadn't okayed any after-hours work, but instead of that presenting a hassle, Faisal quickly completed the job anyway. The heat is on as I type this - and the space heaters are going back in the garage. That kind of service has definitely earned them my business once we are out of this rental house. read more

I called All Hi-Tech Heating, and their customer support answered right away. They were professional, and clearly outlined their services and that the earliest they could check out my HVAC was the next day at 4:30PM. I set the appointment, and an hour later they called to say they had a cancellation. Within an hour, they were at my home and figured out the problem (very small issue). They charge a minimum call fee of $129 and charged me one hour of labor $60. For about $200 bucks, I had my home icy cold again and appreciated All Hi-Tech Heating's superior service.
