It's really nice not to be limited. We could wash our cars every day if we wanted. I like this car wash because it gets everything clean and it coats the tires with the shiny stuff efficiently. The vacuum area is nice, there are always microfiber cloths and squirt bottles. There's a thing to hang mats to make it easier to vacuum them. I especially like the compressed air. It's very good for getting grime out of the seams. It's in a nice shady place and is pleasant to visit. The air freshener dangle thingies smell great. I wish they'd last longer or be available for purchase in liquid form. I think the value is good. We pay about $30/month for the medium level washes, per car. That's a little less than one lunch out for the two of us. I can sacrifice a lunch to be able to keep a clean car with little effort. I only wish the guy who spritzes the car in the beginning, would do both sides. I've only seen him spray the left side. ‍ Hence 4 stars instead of five. After all, five is perfection and it isn't 100% perfect to do only one side. read more

Full disclosure: I received a coupon for a free wash & vacuum courtesy of my Tesla Service Center (since they used to offer complementary washes + vacuums). It now seems that they partner with Elite Express Car Wash. I figured: why not use this voucher? I was pleased that there was an attendant as soon as you pull-up. Granted, he had to ask his manager how to apply the coupon's QR code, but that wasn't a big deal. When you pull up to the entrance of the drive-thru car wash, it's very important to note that if you have a Tesla, you cannot use the car's "Car Wash Mode" for the conveyor belt. You have to shift the car into neutral (apply foot break & gently move the stalk to upward to the Neutral position - if you have a pre-refresh model). I wasn't aware that the coupon included a free vacuum cleaning. Granted, that's on my, but a label on the QR code or even being notified by the attendant would be a nice heads-up. All-in-all, not a bad option, but I prefer to hand wash my baby myself. read more

This is probably my 1st review of a car wash. I've had 3 gift cards sitting around for a while and decided to swing by. When you pull in, there's someone that scans your code and hands you a few packs of dash wipes and car freshers. There's 2 lanes that are manned by employees that brush your front and back windshield with soap and then guide you until your wheels are on the car wash track. You put your ride in neutral and off you go for a min, or 2. The machine washes well and dries car 80%. You can turn the corner and park for more tlc- clean micro fiber towels and 2 (wide and thin) vacuum hoses that reach all areas, with ease are at every station/parking spot. Not sure if I'm ready for a membership, but will definitely be back for some a la cart washes. read more

This is by far the best automated car wash I've ever been to. Having an attendant at the beginning spray and scrub a bit was helpful and unexpected (I usually go to a Chevron drive-through, and it is honestly pretty terrible; it always leaves a visible layer of dust. I had no idea my car could get this clean in this type of car wash!). The dash wipes were convenient, the vacuum was GREAT, the microfiber towels were much appreciated. My car went in filthy and came out surprisingly clean for the $12 wash. I left feeling rather ecstatic that it was so fun, quick, and easy (and inexpensive!). The people were nice, too. So grateful to have this express car wash in town now. It was in the works for years and was worth the wait! Efficiency from the beginning of the process, to the end. In and out so quick, even if there is a line. Ali, the owner, is super friendly and kind. The vacuums are constantly running for you so you and pause and resume as you please. Great value, too! I had high hopes, but was a bit of a let down. I will say the speed was super fast and the use of the vacuums for free is a good value. However to have to dry half the car with a towel myself, wash the windows myself and made sure all the water and soap spots were cleaned off the car was a bit disappointing. Plus didn't get the bird poop or bug splatter off at all. I didn't have time to wipe off all the soap and water and have spots everywhere. The edges of the windows are still dirty and it never got the yellow pollen spots off the car at all. So I will stick to a hand wash place and spend the money from now on. I'm just glad I got a free coupon to try it out before I paid for a membership I wouldn't be satisfied with to be honest. It may work for some people but I'm good. Plus a bolt came off my license plate and my plate bent so now I have to go deal with that. But the free vacuum was cool. read more

Have been a member since they first opened. Great job for a drive through. Great employees that are friendly and very helpful. Love the vacuum area with the best vacuums ever! Also the detail clothes and especially the air hose to blow the water out of grills, lights, mirrors without, the water blows out as you go down the road which end up leaving water spots all over the car. This is Elite's new TO location. Finding and entering the location can be a bit confusing. However, the quality of their car wash makes up for any initial difficulties. The staff is attentive without being overly assertive. I opted for the elite wash at $22.. They pre-soak and hand-rub the cars before the automated wash. Weekends can be particularly busy, so planning your visit during off-peak times might enhance your experience. read more

I would not recommend this car wash for trucks. They have issues with the release of you vehicle as it comes of their track system. The opening is very small and the track is too far forward in relationship to the exit point. They would not agree to help with the repairs to my truck fender and wheel. Management just gave me the runaround. read more

My car was filthy, and it was pretty darn clean once I was finished. The facility was clean, the vacuums were wonderful and they even had a spot to clip your floor mats while you vacuum them! But I was even more impressed with the service. I had some issues with my membership that weren't even caught by me, but a staff member caught it and the next morning a manager had called me and told me they had resolved it. 10/10 service. read more
