Bad enough that I would just not even offer breakfast options if that's what you're going to give because it takes down the allure of the brand. So we change rooms and again had to ask for 2 keys for 2 people. We get to the 2nd room and 1 key did not work, so we had to go back and that about killed her to have to give us another one. Every time we walked through the lobby the person working the front was sitting in the lounge on their phone. One guy was in the lobby on his phone arguing with his wife. The 1bartender we interacted with was very nice and helpful. Another bartender sat in a golf cart playing on her phone outside. There was a political event that was going on one evening in the lobby and we couldn't even get through the people to get to our room and we did not see anyone from the hotel trying to keep a walkway clear for guests. There is no ice machine on the 1st floor so you have to go upstairs or the bartender will give you some if someone is there. You can only enter through the front door. There are other doors you can exit, but you cannot use your key to enter. Parking sucks, especially because you cannot get into any of the other doors. The room never did get very cold and this is July so it's hot. There is a bench on top of the AC, so the air does not shoot up, it is blocked. They painted all the walls white since the last time I was here and the rooms are very baron and depressing. The bedding on the bed is too heavy, especially when the AC does not cool the room. The refrigerator is too small with no freezer section. The shower has no pressure. When someone above us flushed the toilet it sounded like the ceiling would cave in. Overall everything is old and dingy. It's time for an update We won't be back.

The ambience was great with an old school great grandmas house vibe and Choo Choo train showing ads and running throughout the ceiling of the restaurant!! So cool!! We came on July 3rd at roughly 11am and it was BUSY but we were sat as a table of 2 within 10 minutes. I ordered the sirloin and eggs and my wife ordered the Andy's platter or something like that. We devoured our meals, they were so yummm and the waitresses were so kind and attentive! I can't wait to take my mother in law here when she's in town next week. Thank you for the lovely experience and delicious food!! It's our new best breakfast spot!!
