She responded to my online request for information on a particular style of ring. I had a specific style and diamond cut that I was looking for. She messaged back with some information and asked if I wanted to come in to discuss and look. I made an appointment, and Vivian followed up prior to my appointment. Vivian greeted me at the door upon my arrival. Vivian had all my information on the ring and led me to the station to show me. She went over the details, the quality, what it meant, showed me a few other stones but when she asked me if I wanted to look at any other style, I knew that was the one. I wasn't planning on purchasing a ring that day, but when you find that one ring that you know is the one, what else is there to do? After the purchase, Craig Husar came up to say hi and to chat. I thought that was really nice that he took the time to come up to congratulate me and to thank me for coming in. Then I came back in with my girlfriend as she wanted to get me sized. Vivian took the hint to not let her know that I've been working with her. She kept it a secret. Afterwards, my girlfriend bought the first ring she saw and expressed how wonderful Vivian was, still not knowing I bought her ring with Vivian's help. Vivian's knowledge, responsiveness, and care set her apart from other experiences I've had at jewelry stores.
