Unfortunately the supply of quality detailers in this town is super tight, and the reputable ones coordinate with each other to operate on a cartel model. But since I don't think the feds are going to investigate allegations of price fixing among the mile high metro auto detailers anytime soon, you take what you can get if you want your paint worked on by the top-tier professionals in this town. All commentary on local supply and demand aside, Jeff and Jared did an amazing job, and there's no buyers remorse here whatsoever. My car looks better than the day I picked it up from the dealership. I'm really hoping the coating will pay dividends when it comes to making maintenance easier. I can't speak to the longevity of the products, because I just got it done today, but I'll try and remember to revisit this review six months from now to update it for long-term results and if the products warrant, I'll call those out by name too. The shop is very clean, and Jeff and Jared are extremely and deliberately professional not just in their work product but in all of their customer interactions. They clearly care a tremendous amount about their business and their customers, in a long-term sense, which is comforting when you are turning over a very expensive piece of machinery to someone to mess with. If you have a nice car, and you need some appearance work done on it, you owe it to yourselves to go get a quote from these guys.

It had electrical issues and interior issues. Also wanted the car wet sanded and buffed as it was recently repainted but not wet sanded.. They did scratch the lip around the front, but owned it and said they'd take care of it. To this day, the paint has not been corrected, they have done the wiring, as in their electrician checked it out and said it was now good. Car starts according to them. After MANY calls unanswered, text messages unanswered I have decided to do this review. I hate reviews!!! But, if it keeps others from going through what I am going through....so be it. I did tell them when they picked it up I am NOT interested in a show car. I want something that I like and SAFE to drive. Contract was for electrical rewiring, I provided the harness, paint wet sanding and buffing....interior panels, door skins, lizard skin the body, new carpet, NEW HEADLINER THAT ACTUALLY FITS THE CAR. And all cloth panels on the interior redone to match carpet and seats. I "did" say I was in no extreme rush for the car to be completed. But, 18 months is way too long for the amount of work they had, have to do. Last time I had any contact with them was DEC 24th. At that time I was told the lizard skin was going into the car. Then, on Jan 23rd I am told they are reaching the halfway point of the lizard skin. WTH? I want the car finished. I have been told the delays are due to other cars having to be completed ahead of mine, or for a rush timeline for various other reasons. The stories between the 2 differ widely. I just want the car finished!!!!!

I purchased my truck in October 2019 and delivered it to Jesse at Classic Touch two days later for a full restoration to be completed. Initially, I was on a payment plan of $1,000 per month. After approximately a year, I decided to secure a loan to pay off the remaining balance in full. At that time, I was told the project would be completed within 6-8 months. As of today, more than six years later, I have yet to receive my truck. I have since moved out of state and was originally assured that the work would be completed well before my move--unfortunately, that did not occur. Multiple deadlines have been set and missed, and I have received numerous explanations for the delays. Communication has also been a consistent issue. Most updates have come only after I reached out for information, rather than through proactive communication. Additionally, Karrie has acknowledged to me directly that the level of customer service provided has been poor. At this point, I am considering legal action. I have also requested a detailed ledger of expenses, which has not been provided despite my request being made over two months ago. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company as they do not operate in good faith. I strongly encourage prospective customers to proceed with caution.

I own an original…read more1996 super car that has the original paint with 143k miles.. scratches, swirls, abrasions etc. these guys freaking kiiiiillllled it on the detail(ceramic coat and full interior exterior, paint correction ) also crushed the clear bra on the front clip, top and mirrors. Detail. Well I guess the ole saying "ya can't polish a turd" isn't true cause these guys made 21yo car look new again. I mean flawless. The car is black and shows any and all imperfections. These guys cleaned all that up and more so made the car look better than brand new. The paint shined so much it looked like a mirror.. perfect!! Clear bra. For some reason I always hit stuff after I get a car. Road debris, rocks, birds lol... well sure enough a week after I cleared bra the front and hood got blasted by a wiper blade on i25 going 80 from a semi that hit it. When I pulled over and saw the huge 3' scuff from the bumper all the way across the hood on my newly detailed car.. I had some detail spray and just wiped the scuff off. Couldn't believe. However it had no impact on Blue Chip, as I was treated so well you would have thought I was having them do an engine out service on a 7 figure vehicle. I have never felt so welcomed by anyone in the automotive industry as I did at Blue Chip. Truly made me feel like a special customer. I just had my 981 in for a simple steering wheel swap, but safe to say I'll be back for anything and everything. Additionally easily one of the most knowledgeable and professional shops I've ever been to. Safe to say, highly recommend.
