Absolutely the best! We have had a number of cars here and they do an amazing job every single time. We won't go anywhere else.

They also put some leather treatment on the interior, but that's not something you actually need a pro to do for you if you're willing to do stuff yourself, just a nice little extra they threw in for me. Unfortunately the supply of quality detailers in this town is super tight, and the reputable ones coordinate with each other to operate on a cartel model. But since I don't think the feds are going to investigate allegations of price fixing among the mile high metro auto detailers anytime soon, you take what you can get if you want your paint worked on by the top-tier professionals in this town. All commentary on local supply and demand aside, Jeff and Jared did an amazing job, and there's no buyers remorse here whatsoever. My car looks better than the day I picked it up from the dealership. I'm really hoping the coating will pay dividends when it comes to making maintenance easier. I can't speak to the longevity of the products, because I just got it done today, but I'll try and remember to revisit this review six months from now to update it for long-term results and if the products warrant, I'll call those out by name too. The shop is very clean, and Jeff and Jared are extremely and deliberately professional not just in their work product but in all of their customer interactions. They clearly care a tremendous amount about their business and their customers, in a long-term sense, which is comforting when you are turning over a very expensive piece of machinery to someone to mess with. If you have a nice car, and you need some appearance work done on it, you owe it to yourselves to go get a quote from these guys.

Please remember as you consider these folks that you really do get what you pay for. Jeff and his team are so professional that when I had to get one of my cars redone because of body work after an accident, Jeff told me that the body shop did a poor job on the repaint and showed me how thin the paint was. I took the car back to the body shop to be repainted again before I brought it back to Jeff. Without Jeff's input I would have never known. I can give no higher recommendation to this company. They are true professionals in an era where this is becoming a lost art

But, my review is similar in status as the other 1 star reviews, NO COMMUNICATION....PROMISED DEADLINES COMING AND GOING....ETC. They picked up my 84 Camaro Z28 in August of 2024. It had electrical issues and interior issues. Also wanted the car wet sanded and buffed as it was recently repainted but not wet sanded.. They did scratch the lip around the front, but owned it and said they'd take care of it. To this day, the paint has not been corrected, they have done the wiring, as in their electrician checked it out and said it was now good. Car starts according to them. After MANY calls unanswered, text messages unanswered I have decided to do this review. I hate reviews!!! But, if it keeps others from going through what I am going through....so be it. I did tell them when they picked it up I am NOT interested in a show car. I want something that I like and SAFE to drive. Contract was for electrical rewiring, I provided the harness, paint wet sanding and buffing....interior panels, door skins, lizard skin the body, new carpet, NEW HEADLINER THAT ACTUALLY FITS THE CAR. And all cloth panels on the interior redone to match carpet and seats. I "did" say I was in no extreme rush for the car to be completed. But, 18 months is way too long for the amount of work they had, have to do. Last time I had any contact with them was DEC 24th. At that time I was told the lizard skin was going into the car. Then, on Jan 23rd I am told they are reaching the halfway point of the lizard skin. WTH? I want the car finished. I have been told the delays are due to other cars having to be completed ahead of mine, or for a rush timeline for various other reasons. The stories between the 2 differ widely. I just want the car finished!!!!!

I purchased my truck in October 2019 and delivered it to Jesse at Classic Touch two days later for a full restoration to be completed. Initially, I was on a payment plan of $1,000 per month. After approximately a year, I decided to secure a loan to pay off the remaining balance in full. At that time, I was told the project would be completed within 6-8 months. As of today, more than six years later, I have yet to receive my truck. I have since moved out of state and was originally assured that the work would be completed well before my move--unfortunately, that did not occur. Multiple deadlines have been set and missed, and I have received numerous explanations for the delays. Communication has also been a consistent issue. Most updates have come only after I reached out for information, rather than through proactive communication. Additionally, Karrie has acknowledged to me directly that the level of customer service provided has been poor. At this point, I am considering legal action. I have also requested a detailed ledger of expenses, which has not been provided despite my request being made over two months ago. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company as they do not operate in good faith. I strongly encourage prospective customers to proceed with caution.

They were extremely professional and kept me informed throughout the whole process. They did high quality work and I could not be happier with them. After getting the car back from them we had a hiccup with it and I called them and they drove 45 minutes through rush hour traffic on a Friday afternoon to come look at the car and figure out what was wrong. They then remedied the problem and I just am very impressed with this shop. So anyone who is looking to have work done on a classic car I would highly recommend c4 hot rods.

Sent my 1970 dodge dart for A/C to be installed. They of course did a inspection on the hole car and came back a list of things i needed to address. 1) pinon leaked, which I agreed to the work. They forgot to put oil in rear end and blew it up. They did say to me repeatedly they repaired it at their cost. 2) No oil in rear end, but 3 extra quarts ended up in motor and blew all the seals out. I fixed intake gaskets, but didn't realize the front crank seal leaked. Fixed that myself on road in Ohio. 3) Electrical issues. Some sort of power surge blew my horns, LED running lights, relays, and fuses, . Also when they ran AC vents, Wreck it ralph tech just pulled pipes thru dash and scrapped and damaged multiple wires and connectors. Car and AC would just shut off in intersections for weeks until we found the issue. one connector got so hot felt like it was on fire. 4) AC leaks so bad inside the Car that carpets are soaked. 5) They didn't have anyone that had equipment to charge AC, so a "guy" ran home to get something to charge it. My long time friend on Power Tour recharged it, then i had cold air. 6) Loose bolts and Ground for Fuel injection thru the engine compartment. 7) The fuel Injection ECU went bad during power tour. Had to replace it carburetor. 8) The annoying thing. when car was returned, the inside was filthy. metal shaving, wire pieces, connectors, extra holes for AC i assumed, cables on bare metal. the level of attention just wasn't there, ever. Best part is they started ignored all my emails about this. Only saying in beginning that "we wouldn't do that". I did get text messages saying, "we tried to call, but you wont pick up." $11,000 for them not to give a crap. Anyway, good luck if you choose this place.
