He gave me a price range over the phone for the job done right (I sent him some pictures/measurements), with permits everything included and it was around the same price as the other guys (who were clearly taking advantage of me!). When Giovanni showed up, he noticed the heater they put in several years ago was installed incorrectly, he would need to make some changes and bring it up to code... Well guess what, he did not change his price that he gave me on the phone, not even by $1. Great guy, great company, and most importantly someone you can trust. Wish everyone was like Giovanni and Global Heating, as all of us who live in the Bay Area know, that certainly is not the case.
