Pedro Pablo is one of those rare people who really cares about the work he puts out. His price was very fair and his communication was just excellent. Like the previous person said, I too wish I could give them 10 stars. We had roof rats in our attic, and after all the pest control cleaning, there was still rat feces in the hvac unit and we couldn't use our heat. He came by to take a look and give us a quote, and was able to identify all the problems with our setup that no one else identified (extra ducts that went nowhere, broken seals, ductwork that was damaged). Most other people just told us to get a new HVAC but Pedro took pictures of all these problems and gave us recommendations. He was quick and his workers were thorough. He also wouldn't accept payment until he confirmed all the work was done right. His crew were also kind, genuine people. He also provided before/after photos of all the work, something that no one has provided us before. I contacted this business through Yelp when I was looking to have the vents, bathroom exhaust fans and dryer vent cleaned. The person I corresponded with through Yelp was responsive did a good job answering questions and provided a clear and fair quote. I was able to schedule the work to be completed the next day (a Sunday). The guys that performed the work arrived within 15 minutes of the scheduled time, were respectful of my home, removed their shoes or wore shoe covers. They got to work right away and finished cleaning 27 vents, 4 exhaust fans and the dryer vent within 4 hours. They did a great job of covering each are were they were working with a plastic cover and communicated when there was an issue and provided a solution. Shortly after they did the work my wife noticed a crack in our ceiling. She told me about it, but I was busy dealing with a death in the family. Long story short, I reached out to them a couple months after the work and asked if they had insurance to cover it or at least tell me what my options are. He said I was reporting it to him too late. So, if you ever use this person or any other provider, take video of your ceiling the day before the work is done and another video the day of or day after they do work to see if there are any cracks. The crack that formed in our ceiling was in a part of the house we don't really look at very often so it took us a while to notice it. After just asking him what is typically done in this situation he immediately went on the defensive saying I should have reported it within 2 days. Then after explaining the situation he said, "maybe you had a electrician or somebody went up the attic and now your trying to accuse me of the damage..." I was just trying to figure out what to do at this point. Do I report this to my insurance? Does he have insurance? I just wanted to know what do people typically do in this situation. And he just starts attacking me and putting the blame on me. Anyway, it's obvious this guy isn't interested in looking into this so I guess I'll call my insurance company and ask them what can be done. At least with my insurance company I know they won't accuse me of having people up in my attic causing damage. Pablo's crew seemed pretty chill when they came out, but the owner is something else. Looks like I'm getting screwed on this, but at least I learned a valuable lesson. Document your ceiling before and after the work is done. read more
