These guys came early to prep the work area and started at the time they said they would. They were very informative in each step and never rushed the payment process. They addressed all the fixes they did and provided clear detail of how my garage floor was built. Inhad a wavy floor and some moisture damage but that was fixed along withbthe minor cracks over the years. They cleaned up well and I didnt have to do any additional cleaning of their materials or work after they left. They didn't leave anything behind like some contractors. The entire team was moving efficiently and I forgot that this was a 1 day job. Inhad planned it to be 2-3 days. We set up the appointment for the next week and Anthony and one other guy arrived at my home right on time and got to work. I had emptied everything out of my garage except for a pretty heavy deep freezer. I asked them to help me move it and they said they would take care of it. They moved it for me and began cleaning the concrete floor. I have a 2 car garage and they finished everything in one day. It looks amazing and it's great to be able to go into the garage without wearing shoes. It's also super east to clean. I set up my Roomba in the garage and it sweeps the garage clean every night. These guys are great! I have high standards when it comes to doing things right. These guys nailed it and stand by their work hands down. I had a couple air bubbles after the first application of epoxy and these guys came back two separate times to address the issues to make sure the floor is done right. They even went ABOVE AND BEYOND and got me a custom color that I wanted. ***ATTENTION TO DETAIL*** I have a small sewer cap that they painted separately and didn't simply seal it over. Our garage floor was cracked & pitted with all the alkali coming up from the soil. We decided, after 45 years of living with this, it was time to replace the slab. After replacing the concrete slab it looked so much better, but now we began thinking about slipping on the concrete and my brother suggested CA Resurfacing to coat the new slab. These guys are legit! My garage floor was a mess. It's a 70 year old garage floor that had settling cracks throughout. Stains and pretty much anything else you can think of was on our floor. They guys showed up on time, spent a couple of hours prepping the floor. I don't really know what they were doing as I was inside but about four hours later the bulk of it was done. They let it set for an hour or so and then finished up for another 1-2 hours. I think including their lunch they were all done in 5-6 hours and it looks AMAZING! We're extremely happy with our new Garage Floor. John and his guys did an AWESOME job with our garage floor. We initially decided to have our handyman do the floor and he did a horrible job. He did not do any prep of the floor, i.e., no grinding or patching of cracks. He only power washed and then put on the polyurethane top coat with a roller. When he finished you could see every crack and it looked terrible. We called John who sent out a crew the same day to redo the floor. Upon arrival, they explained the process and charged us very little to take off the polyurethane top coat and prep the floor the right way. Our garage floor looks awesome and we're very happy with the service we received. We will be recommending them to all of our family and friends who are interesting in having their garage floor done. Just got my garage floor done by CA Resurfacing and I couldn't be happier with the result. All contact with John was done via Yelp and John always responded quickly to each message. He has 2 rates, one for 2-car garages, and one for 3-car garages. No games are played when it comes to pricing the job. Anthony and Jose showed up early on the morning of my appointment and got right to work. They finished up around 3PM. I could tell that they are both extremely experienced at what they do. They both did a wonderful job. As for the floor itself, I chose Indigo as I wanted something darker. Anthony explained to me that they use a black base coat for Indigo which really makes it stand out. In the end I am extremely happy with how it turned out.
