First impression meeting with Rafi was good. Unfortunately it just went downhill from there. The…read morefirst team who did our floor and stairs seemed to be professional as well. We did feel 12 bags of self leveling concrete was excessive when it looked like it was only used on a few corners of the room in a job less than 900 sq feet. Unfortunately one of the stair nosing broke within a couple weeks of install. Rafi was responsive in redoing the stairs stating it was a manufacturing defect and that the new version is stronger. Unfortunately the second team quality of work was very poor. They left holes in our walls that were patched poorly with plaster. Worst of all the stairs were apparently nailed to the subfloor and after a few weeks they started to rise leaving little holes and nails protruding from the floor. A few of the stair noses are loose as well. At this point, Rafi became unresponsive to have the flooring fixed. We ended up getting some of our money back through our credit card after months went by but the majority of the payment was by check. Basically we will need to replace the stairs again on our own dime. Buyer beware! Lifetime warranty doesn't mean anything if the installer ghosts you.

The crew was exceptional. When there was problems that required creative solutions they figured out how to stay on budget and made custom flooring adapters to cover specific spacing issues. All of the flooring and baseboard install was done incredibly well. I still see little details where I'm impressed at the level of craftmanship they applied to getting tight corners, hitting rounds and hard angles. The floor has been in for some time now and we had absolutely no follow on issues.

Getting tiles replaced is like pulling teeth, uncomfortable and painful.

I contacted Creative Epoxy Coating a couple of weeks ago and spoke with Hany (the owner) with a request for an epoxy coating for my standard 2 car garage. He sent me information and product color charts and gave me a quote from video and pictures I texted him. They only use top quality products and the quote is in line with both the product line cost and the high quality work of their installers. Martin texted his arrival time on the first morning. After looking over the garage, Martin spent time answering all of my questions and gave advice when needed. Day 1 was essentially grinding and preparing the surface and applying the water barrier on the floor and stem walls. Day 2 involved additional prep, sealing and leveling the cracks followed by applying the three coats of epoxy and polymers and flakes. I had requested a "rougher/less slippery" finish for the final surface. Martin explained the potential options to obtain this and the various pros and cons for each option. I think he achieved exactly what we had requested. The floor looks amazing and the surface feels perfect! Hany was easy to reach throughout the process and I could not be happier with the results. Our realtor recommended Hany's company to us to do our garage epoxy, and we are so glad we did! Hany was responsive and came out to our house the next day. He was very knowledgeable about the concrete/foundation in the garage since we had a lot of cracks and heaving that we were concerned with. Hany was very responsive by phone and in person. He provided an estimate that was not the lowest I received but he committed to use the highest quality products (moisture barrier) which gave me confidence that the result would meet my high expectations. Had my garage floors done by these guys. The process was pretty smooth. Came out and provided me with an estimate that I thought was reasonable. They came out and prepped my floor and applied the coating in one day. It took them about 3-4 hours and I was able to move things back in the next day. They told me not to park my car for 3 days to ensure the floors are completely dry.
