Attitude from the first call, asked for a quote wasn't sure of my wheel size rather than help me find it whoever was on the phone responded with a rude "well how can I help you if you don't know the size", idk maybe look it up or say you can't provide a quote over the phone simple. Got a hole in my tire on Tuesday and was super nervous because I had to make a long drive on the weekend. BMW tires are normally expensive so I was trying to find a decent place with good price and decided to try CA Tires on Yelp the next day (Thursday). Didn't catch the owner's name but he was super helpful and told me to come in right away to get a free consultation. Told me he could get the tire the next day and it would only take 15 or so minutes to replace. Thought it was too good to be true but I came back the next day and boom! The owner had my correct tire/size (I needed run flats), and switched it out very fast. I was there for maybe less than 20 minutes. Felt like I was driving a new car after the tire was switched out. Had to replace a flat tire that had bubbled out in several places and had to tow in. They were the closes tire shop in the area. Did a call to check on availability and price, they had my tire size and a very good price. What amazed me was that it took them less than 15 minutes after tow in, replace the tire, pay, then drive out! Excellent service and friendly smiles! Probably the best tire shop ever. These guys are the most honest people and they know tires inside and out. I have a really low Lexus LS400 UCF20 with stretched tires that the shop was willing to work with. They know lowered cars very well too. David worked on my tires and got me outta the shop under 30 minutes. No other shop would take my car in but David got the job done. I recommend this shop to every single one of my friends. They took my friend and I as walk-ins, despite being about 30 minutes from closing. The owner was very approachable and even more efficient with his work. One of our tires was in need of replacement--he took a look and had the whole thing replaced in about 20 minutes. We were offered seats in the office, but I preferred to watch and try to learn (didn't happen). CA Tire's are fair, compared to the quotes we got from those around us, and they carried the size of the specific tire we needed. Didn't know about the free air pressure check for all the tires, but the owner performed it anyway for us. Overall it was extremely professional, quick, fairly priced, and a smooth experience. Honest people working in cars deserve all the props they can get, as most people know nothing about it, so when they don't rip you off, they're working to their own short term detriment in the hopes of getting a long term customer. I literally just got home from this place! As always, the service was fast and super efficient. I noticed a tire was a little low and I couldn't seem to figure out why so I put more air in it.. after all, it'd been a while since I'd last done that! So then a few days later, my tire was low again! Not quite flat, but definitely just lower. I couldn't figure it out so I brought it in. Immediately the culprit was found: a nail. A nail! Why are there even nails on the road?! Ugh! After that, things went quite quickly.. I was in and out in about 20-30 minutes total, maybe even less.
