Apparently I had not noticed a small tear until the day of event as...I was getting dressed. Due to the short notice I had to wear something I already had. I went to return the romper the next day and the employee told me I could only exchange it. I was upset since I had no use for the item anymore. To top it off I had the receipt and the tags were still on it. I shop here all the time and never had to once return and item however I had yet to experience this issue anywhere else. Truly disappointed that if you have your receipt, tags on the merchandise and purchased it within their 30 day return policy your money cannot be returned. They didn't even offer store credit to top it off!

Even before online shopping was available to the masses, the Columbia Center Mall only seemed crowded to me during the winter holiday months. And even then, it wasn't bad. We've been through all the many holidays shopping here and I'd say the most busy I ever see this mall is the evening of Thanksgiving Day. Early Black Friday. Wowza. Good times. My daughter and her friends now enjoy the mall like I used to when I was young, so thank you Columbia Center Mall for providing them a space to be young and learn how to spend their money.

Other than moving, the store contains the usual Eddie Bauer merchandise. What they did do was take out the video screen that showed extended advertisements for Eddie Bauer merchandise being used by experts in the outdoor environment (Not a plus but a definite minus). The clerks are always available to help and they always have sale merchandise hiding at the back of the store. If my wife was not a fan of this store, I would probably not visit.
