We provided them with the door hardware and the "design" they provided didn't take into account the wine fridge handles. Because of this, we're unable to open one of the drawers all the way. Our previous cabinets were from Home Depot and their quality was far superior than theirs. Just know that you get what you pay for with their inexpensive cabinets. I can't speak for the quality of their other cabinets, but I'd suggest staying away from their inexpensive options.

Spoiler alert: THEY ARE. First, we spoke to Diana, a woman who is kind, professional and 100% no BS. She got the ball rolling by answering all of our questions and setting up a phone meeting to assess our needs and get things started. The communication was clear and throughout the process Diana was always available to answer questions and deal with insurance. She is a rockstar. Next, we met with Harry, who really listened to our wants/needs/desires on a new kitchen. He took photos and drew up an estimate for our insurance. Finally, we met with both Harry and Eduard, the owner/designer/genius of the operation. He was able to very quickly discuss what was and was not possible as well as make some suggestions that were 100% perfect. We absolutely decided to move forward after this meeting. Throughout every step of the process, Eduard and his crew were there when they said they would be there, on time, clean and dependable. They never left my house a mess.
