Transferred to David who said parts ordered. Asked for copy of permit, he said he would send it to me. 3 calls and 16 days and I still can't get a copy of the permit. Didn't think I needed a performance bond, but this company is not complying with the contract. Within minutes of posting my review Joe called and said supplier delayed, wanted review removed, advised not until I get permit and some action. David then called and sent the permit, taken out June 17th Said called supplier and July 22 soonest install date, blames it all on supplier. Said day after they receive it, they will send out for install Advised will update this as work done.
