Instead of replacing all the windows around the house like all the window selling people are telling us, Rob offered to fix the windows for a much better pricing. We are so happy with the result we asked them to remodel our three bathrooms. Again, their quote was better than the other 8 companies we compared with. Their timing and flexibility was better as well! Throughout the process of bathroom remodeling, they were extremely helpful, accommodating and easy to work with. From picking tiles and helping us with the pickup (usually pretty expensive), to going out of their ways to seal cracks for us on the wall and hanging paintings for my mom. They even offered to walk my dog when they were working with us. They are excellent at what they do. See images for the before and after of the bathrooms. We love our 3 bathrooms now. They were able to accommodate everything we asked them too. Including changing old electric outlets, adding a shower in the guest bathroom, and switching the vent to a heated vent. They even helped to fix my kitchen sink that a plumber failed after trying for 3 days! They are also honest people. I did notice a cracked window and Rob immediately ordered a new one and covered the cost. So they do honor their warranty on their work. Communication was excellent the entire time -- he sent progress photos, explained the materials and installation steps, and answered every question without rushing. The crew showed up on time, worked efficiently, and completed the whole roof in just a few hours. Cleanup was extremely thorough and the yard looked great afterward. He handled the permit, inspection scheduling, and warranty registration as well, which made the whole process stress-free. The finished roof looks fantastic and the quality of work is obvious. Went inside the attic, took photos, shared what he found while up there including the crummy bathroom vent tube that had been installed a long time ago. Installation took place and his crew was near perfect; even my neighbors commented on their beautiful work, neatness and care. Ryan was communicative throughout the entire process, professional, courteous, friendly and so so so efficient! I texted him to see when he would becoming back, since he had told my husband when he was called after the leak continued that he would come back the next day. He replied back that he would be back on Thursday or Friday. Josh stopped by afternoon on Thursday. He replaced all of the guts and stayed to make sure there was no further leaking before cleaning up and leaving. It's all working after the second visit. Josh is professional and gets the job done.

Phillip looked in every corner, nook, and cranny to determine how much work, time, and number of crew members. When they arrived, Phillip had a plan in place and a goal for completion. He managed his crew efficiently. Maurice, Howard, Tony were strong and smart and very accommodating. They took direction well and all four stuck to the daunting task of finishing. There were even a few surprise areas that weren't noticed in the initial survey, but Phillip stepped up and really helped me out.
