He personally went to my home to check my measurements and scheduled a prompt install that worked around my countertop install. Juan, Ken, and Tian did a wonderful job on the install - everything was level, plumb, and sturdy, and everything fit perfectly despite the level of customization required. The cabinets are very good quality, made of solid wood and sturdy hardware. I would use Cabinets and More again in a heartbeat. We used Cabinets and More to install new tile floors (1,000 s.f.), cabinets and counters for our kitchen, half bathroom, and wetbar, and to install a marble fireplace backsplash. Generally the experience was very good and Harry and Allen were very knowledgeable. They did their best to work with us on scheduling and they exceeded expectations with timing on getting work done. There were a few minor issues along the way but were always willing to correct them. The autoCAD design tool was very helpful and they made really useful recommendations for laying out our kitchen. We are very happy with the layout! The team they used for the countertop fabrication did an incredible job. We had a mitered edge on quartzite (which I hear is very difficult to work with), and they were able to match the graining extremely well with very little chipping on the edges. Many remodel companies do not offer this "AutoCAD-like" service, which is a hard "no" for me especially in this day and age. I purchased all my kitchen and bathroom cabinets from C&M. Their prices are very reasonable and the employees are very friendly and helpful. They even sent out someone to measure for my cabinets on the same day i went to look at their cabinets. I ordered my cabinets and they said not all of them were in stock but they would have them all by the end of the week because they were expecting a shipment in a couple of days. The look, feel and quality of the cabinets were excellent. I would have given them 5 stars but their "all sales final" is not reasonable. This is unheard of in todays competitive market. I had ordered the bathroom cabinets then I had the opportunity to buy much cheaper ones from a friend who had over ordered for his project. I called C&M and asked them if I could cancel the bathroom cabinets since they didn't have them in stock and i didn't even have possession of them yet. They refused to cancel them based on their "all sales final". Overall I would recommend them. But make sure you buy exactly what you need. ALL SALES FINAL! read more
