I really wanted to have a positive experience with this company because things started off well. The staff initially seemed helpful and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, things began to fall apart shortly before finalizing my cabinet order. My final renderings were never properly completed. One entire room was missing from the plans, and major updates that were requested - including switching from frameless to framed cabinets (which affects cabinet sizing) - were never reflected in the drawings. It became very difficult to get in touch with anyone to finalize the order or receive updated plans. Eventually I went into the store in person, where Liad offered to "fix and finalize" everything on the spot. He manually drew out the new layout and entered the order on his phone, assuring us he was taking care of everything. However, no formal layout, purchase order, item list, cabinet sizes, or updated renderings were ever provided. I was told we could rely on the existing renderings and that getting formal updates from the designers would take too long. After paying, we heard nothing until my contractor informed me that cabinet boxes were being delivered. The delivery arrived without any paperwork, purchase order, or layout for my contractor and cabinet installer to reference. Once installation began, we discovered multiple issues: missing items, incorrect cabinet sizes, missing panels, and accessories that were the wrong size. Trying to resolve these problems was extremely frustrating. It was again difficult to reach Liad until we went back into the store. He repeatedly asked us to provide a list of what needed to be fixed, but that was difficult because we were never given a purchase order or layout showing what was actually ordered. What stood out most was the change in demeanor. Conversations that were initially helpful became defensive and dismissive. At one point he even questioned whether our installers "knew what they were doing," and suggested modifying cabinets to make incorrectly sized accessories fit instead of addressing the ordering mistakes. At this point I have had to purchase replacement panels, shelves, and accessories out of pocket from another cabinet store just to keep the project moving. Both my contractor and cabinet installer -- as well as staff at the other cabinet supplier -- were shocked by the experience and confirmed that this is not how a cabinet ordering process should work. My advice if you choose to work with this company is to triple-check everything and get all documentation in writing before paying. Make sure you receive final drawings, a purchase order, item numbers, and cabinet dimensions. It's unfortunate to have such a stressful experience during what should be an exciting part of a home remodel. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this business. Our kitchen remodel journey started over a year ago, and choosing Wholesale Cabinets ended up being one of the best decisions we made along the way. From the very beginning, the design process was smooth and inspiring. The 3-D renderings and final results turned out shockingly close to what we had envisioned--such a great feeling to see our ideas come to life so accurately. During the measurement stage, the Wholesale Cabinets team came out in person, carefully calculated dimensions, and even accommodated my request to include cabinetry beyond the kitchen. In total, we ended up with kitchen cabinets, fireplace cabinetry for two desk,a pantry cabinets, laundry room cabinets, and linen storage. Their willingness to adapt to our scope really stood out. Fitment We chose assembly (but not installation), and the cabinets arrived and was assembled on-site- ready for my GC to install. Overall, I'd say fitment was about 95%, which is excellent. A few minor adjustments were needed, especially around appliance areas like the microwave, cooktop, and built-in oven--but nothing overly complex or unexpected. Everywhere else, the cabinets fit beautifully with little to no modification, which made the process much smoother. Quality The blue finish is stunning, and the cabinets look and feel high-quality. With the hardware, the look really pops. Each piece felt durable in hand--not flimsy or brittle at all. Even after handling them a bit roughly during installation, they showed little to no scratching. That gave me confidence that these cabinets will hold up well over time. Customer Support I ended up needing customer support more often than expected, but every interaction was positive. Responses always came quickly--usually within the same day--and each issue was met with a solution that went above and beyond what I expected. At times, I even received text updates, which I truly appreciated. Yes, a couple of delivery dates had to be shifted, but honestly, for a three-month project, waiting a few extra days wasn't a dealbreaker. In fact, the consistent communication helped make those delays much easier to accept. Overall My project isn't completely finished yet, but I can already say I'm thrilled with the results. I don't normally write reviews, but the whole process worked so well that I had to share my experience. Liad (the owner) was great with us. He was very patient with us as our project hit some delays in the planning stages. He had a lot of good suggestions for what would work well in our kitchen. He's great to work with and a really good guy, which are both very important to me. My advice is don't take this for granted. When we were first shopping around in other places, I didn't always have that feeling. The quality of the cabinets more than met my expectations. I was looking for good materials with no particle board, and found a great combination of quality and attractive pricing. Hailey and Victoria were great to work with. They answered my numerous questions and were absolutely on top of the logistics. The delivery went smoothly as scheduled, and they easily filled in various extra items we discovered we needed along the way. They also went above and beyond in trying to help me find things I needed, including helpful recommendations for where to shop for various items. We were referred to Ricardo as the main cabinet contractor, and I can't stress enough how well this worked out for us. He is an old-school craftsman that really takes pride in doing the job well, looking after the small details, and doing everything he can to make sure the customer happy with the results. We had a few challenges along the way with retrofitting the cabinets into our space. We put our heads together to come up with solutions that were practical and cost-effective. He was open to my requests for adjustments and small customizations that really made a huge difference. He was so professional and great to work with, and a real nice guy as well. I would absolutely choose to work with him again in the future, which pretty much sums it up. For the quartz countertop fabrication and installation, we were referred to George (Jorge) who completed that work with his sons flawlessly. I can easily recommend him. I should point out that there's another advantage in using the contractors that Wholesale Cabinets recommends in that they are frequently working on the same job, and are very effective working together. That took a lot of the burden of coordination and cooperation off of us, which if you are like me and working without a GC, was a big help. Ricardo's son, Jonathan has his own company that did our tile work as well. They also did a good job and had some helpful information about choosing materials. We were looking to add storage to our kitchen with additional cabinets. I called several placed and someone at Wholesale Cabinets answered the phone during the "hurricane watch" in San Diego. They were closed that day, but I was able to pop into the showroom the following day. Lots of options available in terms of counters and countertops. We also looked at IKEA and Lowe's but we decided to go with Wholesale Cabinets since they had a good selection, they were able to recommend cabinet and countertop installers and coordinate delivery and installation. They also had the quickest turnaround time. Liad did measurements in our home and we had a 3D design within the hour. We did request changes a couple of times and the designer updated the rendering right away. Liad has a masterful eye for design and efficiency. He transformed our space into it's highest potential within our budget and over-delivered. The project was completed with great timing and the result far exceeded our expectations. Very responsive and attentive to detail. 10/10. We don't live in the area so this whole project was completed with remote communication and in a state of urgency. Our project was a kitchen remodel for one of our rental properties from an under sink pipe that burst and flooded the area. The place hadn't been upgraded in far too long so this headache was a blessing in the end. New quartz countertops and shaker cabinets with suggestions of new appliances and their location. We are in the process of remodeling the bathrooms in our house so we stopped in to look. The staff are extremely polite and helpful. They helped talk through some cabinet options for our spaces and gave recommendations. The showroom is much smaller than I expected. Prices were more reasonable than I anticipated compared to prefab vanities I have been looking at. We look forward to finishing our remodel with them. read more

We were doing a massive renovation on a home & guest house and needed cabinets that not only looked great, but felt great. I searched around and looked at a lot of different cabinets from a lot of different suppliers, but no one really had the exact look, or the high-end quality we were looking for. When we walked into the Wholesale Cabinet show room, we were immediately drawn to their Oak Shaker cabinet and knew that was the one! Liad and his team did an incredible job executing the design and functionality we were aiming for. They designed our stunning kitchen with a focus on symmetry, primary bathroom, built-ins throughout the great room, a custom 'drop-off zone' bench in the foyer, and a smaller kitchen in the guest house. They were very responsive, adaptable, and extremely friendly. Their service was top of the line! They were also very resourceful when it came to selecting countertops to compliment the cabinets. Liad is really thoughtful and considerate. We're so lucky to have found this place. He went above and beyond helping me check installation quality (we didn't use their contractor), and helped me solve my problem my contractor messed up with, even after they've done their part.
